I loved living here! This is such a beautiful community with lots to do and lots to do nearby. The pool and all of the other amenities are always super clean and never overcrowded. The apartments are beautiful and bright with a very open floorplan and hardwood floors which I love. Gas stove, stainless steel and tons of cabinets. They are also very quiet apartments- I rarely hear anyone unless they are outside, right under my window. The staff is extremely nice and very attentive. I love that this is a nonsmoking location with trash cans always nearby, so the grounds are always pristine. If my job

I have lived here for about a year. I enjoyed myself without any discomfort. My husband and I wanted to live more, but we had to move to New Jersey and leave this apartment. So it's so sad, I'm looking for a new apartment, but in New Jersey it's very hard to find an apartment similar to the one I'm living in. I highly recommend this apartment.

Renters Beware: The leasing office only received one star because I had to give one prior to submitting a review. I have been given the run around for several weeks regarding the return of my deposit. The company requires you to submit a deposit prior to approval, electronically, and then states that they have no way of returning your money to you, electronically, if your aren't approved or decided not to rent with them. I recently contacted them and was informed that NOW my deposit would be handled by their corporate office. Initially, Jessica stated that she was mailing it out two weeks ago.

Very nice apartments. Live in Building 54. Gym is awesome and really feels great with the high ceilings. Not all the residents wear masks, but staff tries their best with posting signage and other measures. Management is pretty responsive, they listen to concerns, and try to do the best they can with the people/residents they have. They try to host covid-friendly events which have been pretty good so far. Lanternflies were a big issue last year, but surrounding trees were cut down so hopefully won't be as big of an issue this summer. Very good with snow removal. Maintenance staff are great

My fiancé and I just moved here, and thus far the office staff and maintenance have been wonderful! The apartments are absolutely beautiful, we love our apartment. The integration of the app with all of your needs (maintenance requests, paying rent, etc) is super cool! I would recommend Arlo to anybody who is looking to move to Malvern.

My contact is up & I contacted the office to see if I can renew month to month, they mentioned there will be 600 fee additional for each month. in the contact it says my lease will automatically renew month to month to the market prices & it doesn't say anything about $600 fees. I asked the person who works in management to show me where it states the fee he didn't get back to me. I had to email him 2 times to get an answer & finally he responded quoting "month to month premium is not listed in the lease as it is subject to change by our corporate office. You reached out about the short term fee

I took a tour of this place. The model apartment was nice. They have your regular 2020 amenities (pool, grills, business center, etc.) They also have an indoor "game" room with a floor to ceiling video screen. You can use it for an indoor driving range. With that being said, expect to pay at least $2000 a month for rent.

The new Management team in the office took the constructive criticism along with some emails and phone calls regarding minor concerns and "new property growing pains" and have made some great strides in making this community better. The previous review includes critique of the previous 2 management teams in the Arlo office which were less responsive to the needs addressed in the first review. The current Property Manager and Assistant Manager with the Maintenance crew, who has always been responsive and polite, have done a lot in their short tenure thus

Moved here with my small pomeranian mix Mako back in March. Since being here, he and I have really enjoyed the beautiful, clean facilities (seriously, living here is like living in a really upscale resort in terms of how uniform and immaculate everything is kept.) They have been extremely safe during quarantine, the cleaning staff ensures everything (including the bell carts) are sanitized every night, and the leasing office staff has been fantastic at communicating with everyone to ensure we know how things are progressing.

I've been renting here for approximately 8 months. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Amenities are world-class and the apartments are really lovely. There are great move-in specials and discounts for local-area corporate employees. Easy to use App for submitting rent payments, maintenance requests, and a community bulletin board. Suzanne, the Assistant Manager, is wonderful. 5-Stars!
