House was nice. Could fit my wife and daughter ok and sometimes when she would have her friend over it would be a little cramped. Parking was normally good, never really a problem. Good maintenance, staff was nice. Noice was ok, and neighbor was a little rude. Pool was always nice and the location was great.

This was such a refreshing experience after our previous apt in Bear, the Meridian Crossings. On the first day of move in, they had a kit with Mrs Meyers cleaning supplies which was really thoughtful and such a kind gesture. Yes we did have mold issues but they provided us with dehumidifier until our stay there. Even when we left there, they were fair and just in final settlement. It is a very good neighborhood and I loved the walks my family had around this apartment. Thank you for being nice and kind.

One will see a mixtures of reviews for the apartment complex but the truth is that's how it is. Mold, Moisture, mirrors falling off the fall are regular problems here for the properties on the back side periphery(basically apartments which get sunlight on only one side) otherwise the maintenance staff is excellent but remember they are there for that purpose only and the residents look after them but the corporate and the office staff is who you should be wary off. They are the sweetest people till you decide to leave so beware! I expect a reaction from New Kent but this is just an FYI for the

The team at New Kent was kind and courteous from virtually showing the apartment, all the way through to my move in date. The process was simple and easy.
The apartment itself is very well maintained, clean, spacious, and full of a ton of natural light. The area is quiet and safe. As far as the complex itself, the landscaping is well maintained and there is plenty of parking.
Thank you to the team at New Kent for making finding a new home an easy experience.

I have been a resident for two years. I loved my apartment. It was quiet. Neighbors were nice. The staff was always pleasant and helpful when I needed something. Not having children, this place is wonderful for families as it has a soft basketball, tennis court that is used by kids of all ages. I loved pool. You get the feel that you are staying at a resort. It's a beautiful environment to live in. Not crowded and unpleasant as some other communities. There is a great park within walking distance on Paoli Pike that I frequented a lot. I gave just a 4 star as I wasn't excited about the fitness room

I have lived in many apartments in multiple states, and this is by far the best place I've called home. And I say "home," because to me, this one really feels like a HOME, not just a temporary place to sleep.
The community is fantastic. There are many social events like painting and yoga at the clubhouse, and the staff is awesome. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone I've come into contact with. The maintenance staff is the most attentive team I've ever seen--most submitted requests are handled same day! That's completely unheard of anywhere else I've lived. Not to mention

We have lived at New Kent for well over 20 years. New Kent , over the years, has Kept up with the times. Wether it’s new roofs, windows or the addition of a relaxing fire pit surround with comfortable furniture for a great fall or spring night with friends. The grounds are beautifully kept and the new additions to the common areas are beautiful as well. The community events and meet and greets are a fun way to meet your neighbors and enjoy some snacks a cold or hot beverage. The only reason we’re leaving is because of a job transfer to Florida. We want to personally commend and thank the Manager

My boyfriend and i absolutely love it here!! Everything is so updated and the management is awesome! I had a small problem that needed to be fixed in my unit and they fixed it the next day. They keep everyone updated on anything going on or needing to know about the community. its just a well put together place. The whole atmosphere of the neighborhood is calm, quiet, and they also have a beautiful landscape as well. The clubhouse is also amazing , gym, computer area. There is full washer and dryers here in the unit so it's well worth the extra money. In my opinion the best complex around
