They brag about their amenities but unfortunately many are not working. In the Business Center, the printer hasn't worked for at least 8 months! Sometimes there is no internet. It's beyond frustrating...some amenity!!! The old owners didn't fix it because they were on their way out and the new owners don't care. The grill in the pool area doesn't have a propane tank hooked up to it. I mentioned it to management and was told it would be hooked up. NOPE...no surprise there! I guess I just need to consign myself to the fact that they don't care. As long as it looks good when they trolly around would

I am going on my 3rd year living here and I have been absolutely loving my apartment. Over the past 2 months however, I've had to submit 2 maintenance requests for hot water.
Today is November 27th, 2021 and I will submit yet another request for hot water. It appears from another review that I am not the only person experiencing this problem and it may be structural.
This is definitely not "luxury" living, especially given the cost to live here.
I look forward to a longterm resolution. Thank you!

Editing this review after management's response below so I can respond back. We did NOT have any problems with the maintenance staff, we had a problem with management's handling of work orders. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Our issue was with the work order not making its way to the maintenance team for 4 days and incorrectly being told on two different days someone was coming up to fix the hot water when that ended up not being the case. The maintenance staff member who eventually came to fix our hot water was wonderful and friendly.

The mail room and packages delivered is awful. I understand UPS and FEDEX can no longer deliver packages to our door dur to COVID restrictions but no one is wearing a mask but our packages are either on the floor or in a large cart and we have to dig through to find our order. Not very "luxury living". Also, is the hot water an issue? Maybe it's just my apartment but shower and bathroom hot water is tepid, at best. Thanks for offering this opportunity.

My boyfriend and I are moving up here for job relocation. I had scheduled a self-guided tour of an apartment. Amy was NOT helpful at all. She gave us a map and told us to call if we had any questions. When we went up to the apartment, it was a two bedroom. We had asked to look at a one bed. When I called her to clarify and make sure we were in the correct one, all she told me was that I was wrong. That it was not a two bed, as I was standing in the apartment, physically looking at both bedrooms. We have lived here for about 8 months now and it has been a great experience. There were a few noise issues with people in the theater room at late hours but cameras have recently been installed which has helped enforce the "quite hours." The management team as changed a few times since we have been here but they have all gone out of their way to get to know us on a personal level which is great. We did have a problem with a sprinkle leaking in our room but the maintenance team took care of it promptly. I have only been here for about a month, but I am already in love! The front office staff is really nice and remembers you, really wants to make sure you are doing okay. I enjoy being on Main Street in Malvern and you are really close to a lot of things. I have no complaints about noise, it is actually very quiet.

Since we moved in, soon after it opened, there has always been at least a couple of issues a month. Leaks in ceiling in retail parking, so spots are always coned off, fire pit in courtyard didn't work for about 4 months, fountain in courtyard still doesn't, cell reception in the 'business center is non existent. Also the extra fee's. If you want to… reserve their 'clubhouse' to host a private party, you need to pay a $400 fee, $300 deposit, higher an 'approved' security guard $8-15 an hour, storage space is in the lower parking garage, and still costs $50 a month and just found out that
