I moved to this place because of the location initially. Its very close to the place I work. I don't have a car right now and this place is very accessible to the place I work. I can just walk and go. Even though its little pricey to me but amenities they provide, the service they provide, its all worth it. One of the best places I have lived so far. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Heavens at Atwater has good apartments and is conveniently located. We stayed there for our over a year and in general like the place. I wanted to put a 5 star review but our final settlement and move out was not done properly leaving us with a large bill. The documents we signed were later on updated from clean up to replacement without informing us. Please make sure you take pictures of all documents after you sign to stay safe.

Please use caution when considering Haven if you make any purchases online or rely on any deliveries. They have a “package concierge” service which has shipments made to the office, however, we have had multiple packages stolen/missing. Haven Atwater will not protect you from this. We are now out of money because of their failed service they market as a luxury service.

Prior to signing a lease here please be aware that all packages are sent to the main office. A package that was delivered is now missing and we are out the money we paid for that order. Haven Atwater will not reimburse us despite us not having the ability to have packages shipped to our home. They market package concierge as a luxury service, however, we are now out money due to its inefficiencies.

We used to live around the corner and rode by here several times while waiting for our lease to expire so that we could move!
We’ve now been here just over a year and are very happy. The pool and grilling area is right in our back yard and the workout facility is top notch! The little things like wide slats on the blinds and nice big soaker tub make it feel like home. One feature I especially love is the screened in porch that allows my cat to enjoy the outdoors as with me.
It is a very nice place to live ♥️

We have lived here for several years and I would recommend it to anyone. You get so much included for your rent payment that other rentals wouldn’t give you. We love the grills and fire pits, the outdoor TV by the pool, the gym and spin room, the dog wash room, plentiful walking paths, space to host events and meetings, car wash, and much more.
Alex in the office is so helpful and always answers our questions. Our dog loves visiting her, she always has a treat for him. The office staff put together a lot of events for the community including outdoor movies and food truck days. During COVID,

We've lived here for more than four years now and through two management groups. We were one of the first people in our building and have seen the community grow, and we've always been really happy with everything here. It's clean, quiet, and communal. Our apartment was built well with quality finishes and looks as good as it did when we moved into it brand new.
Our maintenance staff is filled with incredibly nice guys and they're always on top of any problems that come up. The service manager has come in the middle of a Saturday night to help me with a lockout without a single complaint, although

Lived here for over 3 years and it was the best place I’ve ever lived by far. Moved in May 2017 when the apartments were brand new and the houses behind hadn’t even began construction. Immediately this place just felt like home. There’s a really nice, safe community feel, especially now that there’s a whole neighborhood to walk around! The apartments are beautiful and nicely planned. We had a handful of issues and they were always immediately handled. I locked myself out of the apartments at least 5 times and there was always someone there within 45 minutes to let me back in. The amenities

We are so happy that we chose this community to move to. We have had a seamless experience moving in and have felt welcomed by everyone. We moved in smack in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak and even still, the process was easy. We cannot wait to be able to use all the awesome amenities that The Haven has to offer. I love the wide two panel… doors, wooden blinds and charming finishes. We especially love that the patios are screened in so we can open the door and it’s like outdoor living. My cat really loves this feature! All at an affordable price for us!

We love the Haven and would recommend it to anyone. The property and amenities are great -- internet cafe, pool, outdoor grills and fire pits, fitness center. All are top notch. But the best part about the… Haven is the staff. Wayne, Troy and Tiffany are all over the maintenance. The management team, Brieyah, Alexandra, Nichelle and Katherine, are friendly and responsive and address any issues immediately. And we can walk to in under 5 minutes... definitely a plus. Updating my review from 5 to 4 stars because of the new management company. Maintenance staff still gets a 5 star review because they're the best I've ever encountered. The amenities are amazing, close proximity to Target, Wegmans, KOP, pretty much everything. Beautiful place. The Haven (the property) itself will always have 5 stars from me.
… However, the new management is unfriendly and rent has increased a little too much. They are also very inconsistent with paperwork, emails, and accessibility to the office and mailroom. Hope they change their tune soon before loyal residents start
