We hadn't bought a house in years and we are not familiar with the area in which we were looking, north Miami. Mario Ojeda of Ojeda Lazar was excellent in taking his time with us; walking us through the process and explaining everything we needed to do. He was also so instrumental in negotiating aspects of the purchase that we hadn't even thought of. Even now, after our closing, Mario is still a resource to us as we ask questions about the neighborhood, local contractors, etc. If you are looking for a top rate agent to help you in your search, I would highly recommend Mario. I hope we will not

Mario was the third agent I had contracted to sell what was a difficult property to sell in a tough market. He immediately used a variety of resources, skills, and marketing strategies that literally got the property sold in a week of him listing it. It had been on the market for over a year before Mario was the agent. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the confidence needed to get a deal done. He went above and beyond to sell the property and is at the top of his game.

Mario was truly professional when handling my house's listing. From minute 1 he was responsive, super organized, and on top of everything. Mario was very responsive from day 1. He didn't know me nor my potential as a buyer and yet he went out of his way to give me VIP service. He was very attentive to my needs and questions without ever being pushy. I was contacted by half a dozen brokers through Zillow but Mario was the only one that gave his real attention and that made such a difference.
