I was told it would take 2-3 business days to process our application. It is now day 4 and they still have not given an answer. I've had plenty of other companies approve us within one day. Do not go to this company. They make too many excuses and will not give you an direct answer! My guess their only in it to grab the application money! Spend your money elsewhere!

Clemente is a terrible company, do not rent from them or use them. They tried to force my wife to show the home to strangers while I was overseas and she was alone with three small children. They also charged for cleaning after I had home cleaned professionally by their reccomended company. Terrible customer service and John Clemente is unprofessional and rude.

We rented a house from them for over 7 years and they made it so easy. Everyone was very responsive to all of our needs- whether it be weather-related damage or appliances needing fixed/replaced. When it came time to buy our home, we used Nick Clemente as our agent. He was AMAZING! He got us into a great property at a great price in the worst buyer’s market in the country! We highly recommend all of their services from property management to real estate purchasing. When it comes time to sell our house, we’ll go to them first as well!

Do NOT rent from this company. They are a fly by night shyster realty company that will keep your deposit, despite the home being in better condition than when you moved in. They let the owner of the home renovate the entire exterior of my rental home, despite rental laws that specifically speak to "quiet enjoyment" laws, and then didn't give the required notice on the owner selling the home (because that's why he was renovating the exterior, of course). The owner sent contractors over without going through Clemente a dozen times, and they would just walk into the backyard. Clemente did nothing

My boyfriend and I have been with Clemente for almost three years now, just renewed our lease for the second time, and they have been great! Any repairs we need, they send someone as soon as possible and each contractor has also been great to work with. They keep us updated with seasonal repairs, weather warnings, available properties - everything. Each time we have extended our lease they have been completely reasonable. Rhonda is wonderful to work with and especially attentive; answering any questions I have and sorting out any issues that may arise. I have never been with a better real estate

We rented from Clemente RES for almost 3 years (Oct 12-Aug 15) for a military assignment and had a very positive experience from application to deposit return. The staff was pleasant to work with and when we had any maintenance issue or concern, Melissa was always very responsive. They were helpful in communicating with the landlord when we requested permission on a couple different occasions to do some things prohibited on the rental contract. We did our best to treat the home in a way we would hope someone renting a home from us would treat ours and made an effort to keep a good communication

We rented from Clemente for 3 years. We never had any problems. They fixed maintenance issues in a reasonable time. When the hot water heater went out, they had a service tech there and replaced the water tank with a new unit the very next day.
We payed our rent on time and left the rental clean and in "Move in Ready Condition". At the end of our lease, we received all of our Security Deposit back with no bogus charges. I was very impressed.
I would definitely recommend Clemente.

I heard dozen bad things about Clemente Real Estate from top Real Estate Agents in Colorado Springs but not believing in the competition’s advice, I still gave them a chance. That was a very bad idea. I asked them the requirements in renting, making sure they were met before paying two application fees. One of the requirements was the monthly income had to be three times the rent. I told them my roommate and I make more than that combined. They responded "perfect apply online and we will run the applications today." The same day I receive a call saying our applications were denied because one
