Haven't tried anything but the fried rice but the customer service is spectacular maybe the best.

I love this place. The food is really good friendly people and not expensive at all.

I order General Tso chicken and it comes with fried rice and soup but I didn't want the soup and either egg rolls or the fry cheese puffs which are the ones I got,I order a chicken egg roll and a half liter soda and I pay like $14 not bad at all.

I ordered the food to pick up at 5pm and they prepared the food at 4pm and planned to let it sit there for 1 hr. I had to come and pick up 40 min earlier than notified pick-up time, just because the food was prepped way earlier than the reserved time. NO APOLOGIES. A RUDE HISPANIC CASHIER with NO sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
There are many better Chinese restaurants out there in Houston. Find elsewhere.

Sometimes you just need feel good takeout-style Chinese food. This is THE place to go. It's got the combination "lunch special" option ALL DAY LONG--soup, egg rolls or cream cheese rangoons, entree, and rice/fried rice.

We had the General Tso's chicken, eggplant and fish (weird combo but it worked), egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, egg rolls and rangoons. All were delicious! I think we found our new local haunt for Chinese take out.

My go to here in Bellaire. Especially after the game night drinking. They're so wonderful in there. Always kind and respectful. Love the food! Shrimp fried rice with General Tso chicken

The women at the counter was as sweet as the refreshing beverage i ordered.

The food was terrible and not fresh. Small portions, The chicken wings old. Do not go here. 30.00 where? And over charged me.

I’ve been going here on and off since it opened. Can no longer recommend it. Regularly get the combo lo mein, which previously was very good and an excellent value for the money. Not anymore. What used to be large shrimp are now tiny. Very little amount of small pieces of beef. Still decent amounts of chicken. They don’t even use lo mein noodles anymore; they use spaghetti. And they even skimp on the veggies, which aren’t pricey ingredients - some sliced celery, onion, and maybe a little cabbage, but nowhere near as much as before. Sorry to say it, but I think I’m done going here.

This place is absolutely the bomb from a clean family environment to the friendly welcoming staff.The food is fresh and hot and I'm always welcomed with a smile .Love this place.

Stopped in with welcoming smiles the Lady and young gentleman were attentive and explained the lunch menú .My meal fresh and hot.Five stars

Love this place. The staff is great and the cashier is always attentive and ready to serve. We have been coming here for many years. Would love it if it wasn't so far from home. Worth the drive though. Great food and smoothies. New items added. Recommend it.

The food was good the only thing I didn't like was their fried rice. The portions are big so it was very feeling and the delivery was fast

The Food is good but the customer service is the worst. They called the cops on my mother because the older cashier was in a bad mood on 3/17. She was upset because my mother would not order fast enough and ACTUALLY called the cops and continue to insult her. This was an abuse of power on her end and unnecessary.

Person giving me my food was sneezing and coughing multiple times and still decided it was ok to keep their mask below their nose. Didn't even eat the food, just threw it out smh

This place is bomb! I was so surprised with how fresh the food was! We got the pepper steak, orange chicken, and shrimp with garlic sauce. The shrimp came with tons of perfectly cooked broccoli. I will say the rice needs a little work, but the entrees were so good, it wasn't a big deal. Also, the service was wonderful. We came in late, and Cynthia took care or us right away. Will be back!

Leaving the shell on the fried shrimp and not cleaning them ruined that dish and the hot and sour soup was tasteless and didn't have much in it. The beef in the Mongolian beef was tough and chewy. Three stars is being kind.

This business is more than willing to lose a customer who just spent $65 on food over a $1 order of sweet and sour sauce. Rude. Also not honest. Tried to pay with cash and refused to give me change after we asked if they had change...then refused to take my credit card. Happy to take my business elsewhere while your business struggles during the pandemic....

Thought it was pretty terrible. My food tasted fishy even though I had NO seafood. Won't be going back

Great prices, fast service & most importantly...great food! This is one of my favorite Chinese Food places in town! Special requests in your order can easily be overlooked, so I would recommend calling the restaurant after placing an order with any type of special request. (asking for sauce, etc) Other than that, ENJOY! General Tso's Beef is great! Also recommend the fried bread with sweet & sour sauce. But, like I said...be sure and call them after placing your order to remind them. :) I've had a couple of times that I trusted the online bit and was sauceless. :( lol

The Sesame Chicken is great! I went in not expecting much but was blown away with the care they put into the food. Please support small business, you won't regret this and the portions beat Panda Express by flying colors. I wasn't feeling like soup for the totally cheap 8.65 combo so they let me get cheese puffs. I don't regret it lol. I'll be back

I called to place an order an the person that took the order was extremely aggressive and
Was like rushing me
When I arrived, I asked to speak with the manager
The woman that was there said " I'm the manager
I'm the manager " while raising her voice
An the She actually said " You were rude on the phone"
I was shocked and asked to speak with the owner
She wouldn't let me talk or actually speak
And said "Would you like me to pray for you"?
And She also told me that the owner is NEVER there

One of the few places close to us that serves one of our fave cantonese dish, salt and pepper fish. I can say it was a breath of fresh air to have finally had some considering California is over 1500 miles away and we've been in Texas less then a year. Cynthia was a great host to us and made our dine in well worth the stay! God bless you Cynthia! We will be back...

I've been coming here for more than 2 years now and I'm still am still a sucker for their food as much as I was, if not more, than in the beginning!!!! Customer service has always been exceptional and the food is always cooked to order! I bring in my out of town visitors when I have a taste for Chinese food and I'm never let down! I reviewed Chinese Seafood Plus about a year ago but I wanted to review just to confirm again, THAT IT'S STILL ALL GOOD YA'LL !!!!!

If you want affordable Chinese food this is the place. Really fast hot and fresh. I got hooked on this place. They are constant in flavor always hot great service. Place is clean and quiet ( mostly take outs). Love it that they run a lunch special all day every day can't beat that!!!

I found that Chinese food in Houston hasn't been as good as in my home town of New York City until I came here to Chinese Seafood Plus. The food was surprisingly better than what I expected; very good in fact. The food was served quickly (no waiting around for it to be served).
The service was great from the girls there and they were genuinely friendly and helpful. The great thing about this place is that it's only a few minutes away from my home. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great prices, especially less than $10 a dish for dinner. Dishes could probably be shared between two people because the proportions were huge! If you're not sharing, then there would be plenty of leftovers to take home!
