Talk about all of the horrible things these people do. They are rude they not only hung up on me four times but also declined and hung up on my personal realtor and they processed my application after they already gave someone else the property so they dropped my credit score these people who work there are very unprofessional and this management group need to Reevaluate themselves ASAP!!!

Wish it would let me give them a 0. Because I drove all the way down from Philadelphia only not to be able to see the house I came down to see. Never got a code for the door nor did lee k answer my calls not only did I loose out on $2000 for the car rental, gas, food and hotel. I lost money cause my business was closed for the weekend. So unprofessional that you can’t talk to anyone.

The reason for this review is because the property I saw today, what really disgusted me was it had a horrible smell. The reason for the horrible smell was because when I opened the refrigerator it had maggots everywhere and gnats. That's very unacceptable when having an open house. Even the other unit was horrible. Garbage all in the back and a glass bong. I can go on and on. This was Behind unit #25.... Dead bugs in the cabinets and drawers. Had no cover in the kitchen. Unit 34 which I was told to go see since #25 was closed. I had to go to the back of the building because I wanted to see if

Managing numerous properties is not easy, I have considered hiring a property management company several times, but I never really thought the fee could be worth the service and that was until I went with Bull property Management team.
