Worked with Andrea and Gabriela on our case. Super impressed with the high level of support, deep knowledge and thoroughness with which Andrea helped us. Everything was completed on time and we had detailed guidance at each step of the process and for the paperwork she helped complete. Highly recommended!

David and his team helped me to successfully apply and acquire marriage based green card and J1 212(e) waiver in the past year and half. I am very impressed with his team`s high efficiency in case preparation, deep expertise in immigration laws, and compassionate support to their client through out the process. My spouse and I would strongly recommend David and his associates to whoever needs legal assistance in their immigration journey.

I highly recommend Kolko & Casey P.C. for immigration purposes. Recently Jennifer and her team helped me and my wife get the green card. During the entire process, Jennifer was always on top of things and made sure that the application materials were thoroughly checked and well-organized, and always kept us updated on any notifications/updates from USCIS, and she was very responsive with emails to answer our questions during this entire application process. Overall, because of the help and dedication of Jennifer and her team, my green card was processed and approved fast and smooth. Thank you so

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Kolko and Casey. Specifically, we had the pleasure of working with Alex Gavern. Alex was always prompt with communication, timely with paperwork submission, and endlessly patient as we worked to get my husband home mid-pandemic. It is not an exaggeration to say that Alex went above and beyond to help us, and we would not hesitate to seek out his services again.
Thank you again Alex, and the Kolko and Casey team!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Casey for the past few years. Her firm was hired by the company I worked for at the time to help me obtain my work visa. Her and her team were so easy to work with and always made themselves available when I had questions. Because of this, I decided to hire her personally after I got married and wanted to apply for my green card. It was a very elaborate process that was carried out with ease due to the thorough job of Jennifer and her team. I am very happy to say that as of May 20, 2021, I am officially an American citizen! My family and I are very

I first got introduced to Kolko and Associates, now known as Kolko and Casey in 2006 through some friends, met with Mr. David Kolko on various occasions and got to know more about his services. At the time my immigration case was being managed through a different immigration firm that my company was using. I requested my company to consider Kolko and Casey and they honored my request and met / spoke with Mr. Kolko and his office and agreed to use their services. The company then not only used them for my case, but also switched other immigration cases to use Kolko and Casey’s services too!

Mr David Kolko and Erika are the epitome of professionalism. we got our green cards through them and it was a breeze. It was taken care in the most professional manner and we were always in a safe environment and it was a breeze. We never had to worry about anything and the offices were always ready to answer any of our questions in a timely manner. We were made very comfortable from the start and they encourage you to ask questions. It was like working with a close relative. Keep up the good work guys!

David and his team are incredibly professional, organized, and efficient. They provided us with details and step by step information about the immigration processes and always responded to our questions fully and quickly (via email, phone, and in person). David particularly impressed me with his professionalism and people skills. After meeting with 3 other lawyers who did not make me feel very confident, I knew after the initial consultation with David that Kolko & Casey was the right firm. I am so grateful for all of the time, effort, and professionalism of David and his team. I highly recommend

The type of immigration help we sought (spousal) is often handled without a lawyer, however with things changing so quickly we decided for peace of mind, it would be better to hire a lawyer. We had a disastrous consultation with a different firm, and luckily my friend suggested we try another law firm. I highly recommend Kolko & Casey. Andrea Sweeney, the lawyer we have worked with, has been wonderful and has been available every step of the process to help get our paperwork processed as quickly as possible. She has also been great at calming fried, anxious nerves, and answering our many,

I was referred to Kolko & Associates by my friend and have thoroughly enjoyed working with David and Jennifer over the past 4.5 years. David and Jennifer helped me with multiple E-3 visas and just recently with my permanent residency. Every step of the way, they have been wonderful. I knew from the moment we started my first E-3 visa, I was in excellent hands. I started working with David and Jennifer in Denver and then moved to California where we continued working together remotely. Regardless of the city or state you are in, they will be able to help you. Not only are these attorneys

Immigration can be tricky to navigate. True, one can process their own application without the help of an attorney, especially if their case is rather straightforward or cut-and-dry. That said, I highly recommend working with David Kolko and team. Not only do they have a proven track record (i.e. my green card renewal and subsequent naturalization; my husband's work visa, green card, and most recently, naturalization), they are prompt, thorough, and most importantly, very easy to work with. They were always helpful, factual, and on top of updates. Their fees are reasonable, definitely worth

Mr. Kolko & Margaret Mountain represented our case (EB2-NIW) and this was the best decision we made regarding our green card process. We received our permanent residency cards 18 months after starting our case. We are convinced we could not have been better represented.
