I sincerely can't thank Mr. Mike Schlueter enough! I happen to call his office after calling dozens of law firms here in the Springs with no help. Every single law office I called wouldn't take the time to talk with me or point me in the right direction of an attorney who could help, not the case with Mr. Schlueter. These are my personal opinions: We hired this firm after we bought a home that had multiple construction issues. This firm billed us over $18,000 to pursue a rescission of the home contract. Six months into the process, they still had not filed a complaint or notified any of the defendants. I started to call other law firms. The law firm told me that rescission of the case wasn't even possible and damages were the only route. I was further told by lawyers that 6-8 billable hours at the most should have been billed to me if the lawyer was inexperienced and didn't know Colorado law. They are aggressively

I called Schlueter, Mahoney & Ross, P.C with an issue that came up at the last minute of a refinance closing. Not only did Mr. Schlueter take the time to speak with me on no notice at all, but he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. Not only that, but he wouldn't take any money for his help. I was amazed! Yes, it was a relatively brief question, but he shared his expert knowledge, and his expert knowledge is invaluable. I would recommend consulting with him to anybody.

I contacted Attorney Schlueter's office regarding a Deed issue and received a response within one day. After discussing with Attorney Schlueter what I was trying to accomplish, he advised that I am better off waiting for certain circumstances to present themselves before taking any action. Mike and his team helped us in dealing with a roofing issue/contractor dispute on our home. We did a phone call and also had an initial consult with him where he reviewed our information/contracts, provided information on dealing with contractor disputes, gave us sound advice, and helped us think through next steps. We were able to quickly settle with the contractor and move on thanks to his help.
