They wanted me to pay $1500 of a $3000 lawyer fee, up front without telling me whether I have a chance a or even what their game plan is
Tell me what the plan is so I can decide if I want to spend the money to try for a defense. All that "purchase this mystery box" isn't going to fly with me. I have to know what I'm getting ... BEFORE any money leaves my hands.

I'll have to get back to you as the jury is still out. My opinion doesn't matter anyway, they're only a public defender and I'm still not convinced they represent me. Loyalty always goes to the party putting food on the table and the judge is purely convinced them that, their employer has done everything by the book.
Personally, I wouldn't have hired them on a good day, let alone what could be my last, as I previously knew it.
Incidentally, it's a due process issue, their employer hired Hall & Evans, Mark Ratner, Esq. in September. You should get a load of the competition.

Don't hire this shyster Kevin fleisch he takes your money and does very little for it he didn't tell me that an excellent he charged me $300 for a consultation of just to tell me that the ex landlord could sue me for attorneys fees he didn't bother to tell me that they could turn around and try to sue me for more money on a lease I didn't know

Do not hire this firm for your case. You hire a lawyer for two reasons: to be your advocate and to advise you. You do this knowing there are no promised outcomes. This law firm will provide you neither. They take your money, and do whatever it takes to get you to settle, and leave at all the legal details that will come back to bite you down the road. Your better off representing yourself.

I would not recommend Kevin as a lawyer for any reason. I went to see him 4 an accident case where sign fell on my foot in Walgreens,Mr Flesch had me leaving the consultation, pleased that someone was going to help me as Walgreens had denied the claim. Mister Flesch told me don't worry about anything I went through physical therapy with the wonderful surgeon doctor alan Ng for about 6 months Mr. Flesh office would often call for updates he or his paralegal ,eventually I required surgery. Now I started this case in October did six months of pt and within a year I had surgery I will call the
