Not sure if this is because it is a black neighborhood. Why it is been ignored. Paying over 200 dollars in HOA dues monthly. Not even a power wash or any maintenance been done to maintain the property in years.A Condo! Excuses are others may not be paying their hoa. It is your job to fix it or clean the areas where dues are being Payed. If we are subjected to the same dues as other places we at least deserve the minimum. Thanks

Lack of communication and poor operation from overall management team is driving the community into wrong direction.
1. Never communicated on curb repair on the road which creates unsafe environment for vehicles and residents
2. Why can we(residents) utilize the amenities parking or parallel parking when visitor is not utilized
3. No action on some of items that were requested for community improvement(items were requested 6-10months ago)
I truly wish we can switch over to different management team.

The customer service team is the best in the industry! I am unsure why there are people leaving 1-star reviews. They are probably angry that they have to pay HOA dues or violation fines. HAHA. Follow the rules and you will not have a problem. Anyways the customer service is great and management team is very responsive.

Owning multiple condominiums means you also own their upkeep, their staffing, the happiness of their residents and more. I’ve had Beacon take that load off my shoulders for about a year now and thought it was a high time I write them a little kindness for freeing me up to concentrate on other endeavors.

This HOA service can do better! They expect you to pay them and beg for the service they were hired to do and get paid to do. The managers of my subdivision need to do better on responding to general request more timely (I.e. broadcast emails), return a call and respond to emails should not be a big lift for them.

The HOA management is a joke. You have to call and email several times just to get a response. Yet they have no problem reminding you to pay your HOA dues each month. Their pretty consistent with asking for money and not doing the job they were hired for. We’re in a newly built community and the landscaping already looks horrendous. The grass is pretty much nonexistent. I’ve emailed several times to report the overgrown weeds, nothing has been done. I actually watched the “landscapers” blow the leaves and walk off. No treatments, no manicuring, nothing. We have cable wires running through

I give Beacon Management a 5 star rating.. Today, the customer service agent Karolina assisted me with all of my many concerns and resolved them all! She was extremely caring and patient. I could not have asked for a better experience today. I will definitely seek her out again if I have any needs or concerns with Beacon Management Services.

This company is unresponsive, unreliable and care little about homeowners. I've called 5x and emailed 4 additional. I've still yet to receive a response. Beacon HOA representative Larry Hayes falsifies violation notices then refuses to answer calls or emails to correct. If Beacon is managing your community I encourage you to challenge every notice you receive. They are con artists that want nothing more than to place liens against your property for the sake of a financial gain.
