Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this hospital.
I usually bring my dog to this hospital, but this time, personal were extremely rude.
I have never had a cat, I requested an appointment for vaccinations. They did not inform me that I needed a cage, because they said I need to leave my cat. I accept that I made a mistake thinking that it was ok to bring him with a leash. But Instead of sharing information with me, the lady that was checking my cat in told me that I should know more about pets (Isn’t this a hospital)?
When I told the lady that they should advice customers before

I called this afternoon to book an appointment for my do to have a rabies vaccine and was put on hold for upwards of fourteen minutes. No one ever came back on the line. My call was automatically disconnected and when I tried to call back the recording said that they were unavailable! If this is how I’m treated over the phone I would never trust this office with the care of my pet. I wish I was able to leave them zero stars which is exactly what the receptionist at this office deserves! Just because your in Compton this doesn’t give you the right to issue out terrible customer service.

This is my go to Vet because it is close by and the prices are reasonable. Dr. Grant and the staff are really nice. The wait can be long at times even before Covid and some times they don't answer the phone. Just try again later. I think they are just short staffed. One of my dogs was neutered here and another had mass removals. No issues. I wish they had a better appointment system and prioritization to have things go by faster. They take Care Credit and accept Pet Assure.

I absolutely love this place! They have such great staff and amazing service. Yesterday I took my cat Bug and he came back as good as new! He was throwing up 20 times the day before I took him and now he is doing great and getting his nutrients in! I trust them with my pets , and you should too! ❤️
Thank you staff for treating my buggie well!
I’ll see you guys soon for his vaccinations ❤️

If you love your furry friend, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! although affordable, it is better to spend the extra cash somewhere else and get better quality of care & more reliable workers. had my puppy here overnight and tried calling to get an update- called 4 times, left a voicemail and never received a call back. bringing my puppy here was hands down a mistake and worst experience at an animal hospital. not to mention the condom wrappers screaming professionalism in front of their building :)
