I have been a customer for 14 years. But recently there has been a change in the cost and recommendations during annual checkups. I suggest you get a second opinion on any diagnosis. My dog gained one pound over the year, and it was suggested she could have Cushing's Disease. I was scared out of my wits but found out I just needed to change her diet.

Bixby Animal Clinic has been the best vet we’ve ever been to. Fair prices, good service, kind and knowledgeable vets and techs. I’ve brought my dog and cat in, and both times have felt very comfortable leaving them in the Clinic’s care. If you’re new in town or new to pet ownership, I highly recommend coming here and making them your regular veterinarian provider!!

We have been taking our fur babies here for 10 years now and have always been happy. But the last year we have noticed a big change. People working the reception area are never the same, they forget medications and rude. Yesterday was the final straw. I had made an appointment for our dog to see Dr Julia, the best. When we arrived the receptionist could not find us on the schedule and Dr Julia was not there. I told her I received confirmation-she put me on hold and finally returned and got us in. At that point we were finished. Not the same caring place that Dr A started.

My experience at Bixby animal clinic was great, everyone from medical staff and doctor are nice and respectful. Doctor gave me information and tips about my dogs situation. She was very helpful since I was clueless and this was my first time brining my dog for treatment. Thank you Bixby animal clinic and thank you James for bringing my dog to the car!

I took my puppy in here last night and was given amazing service by Desiree. she was amazing and very informative throughout the whole process and gave a lot of great advice as well for aftercare. Worst place ever. One of their employees amber kidnapped my dogs from my front yard and then called me and claimed she found them 2 miles from my home conveniently near this office. I was at work and couldn't pick them up so I had my mom go and they had her wait for over an hour just to get them back. They kept given her a nasty attitude and when they finally brought them out they kept insisting on giving my dogs an examination since "they ran away so far" and kept offering other services and asking to see their vaccine records. The whole experience was ridiculous and I'm not

After reading all the great reviews about this place I had my expectations high.
Unfortunately after making appointment it was not brought to my attention that I needed to be there early for paperwork. When I arrived I ended up waiting 40 min until being taken into a room. When I asked why, it was because I am a new patient and it takes a while to input into the computer. But I was not told this when I made the appointment.
My cat is not a fan of his carrier. He was trapped in his carrier for 40 min. He started out very calm but by the end of the wait he was agitated and meowing anxiously.

I am so grateful for this clinic for taking me in immediately as an emergency visit and getting my kitty Binx taken care of. This was my first time here and all I can say is the staff are very friendly and prompted. They answered all of my questions and the dr that helped my fur baby was very knowledgeable. This was the best animal hospital where I received excellent customer service. The appointment from start to finish was very smooth.

I've been taking my dog here for a couple months now and I'm incredibly happy with the service here. So much to say! I used to go to a different vet that's known for being more corporate and while they had some perks, the services were nothing compared to Bixby. My dog has some pretty bad allergies, along with arthritis, and I needed to find someone who could really help her out.

This animal clinic is so reliable!!! I was calling around to see if I can get my cat Ally in as soon as possible! She has been experiencing diarrhea for the past two days. The woman who helped me out on the phone was SO helpful. She said that they can have me come in that same day I called for the price of $97.75. Compared to all the other prices for urgent/emergency care, it caught my attention really fast. I was expecting to be dropping on in about 4-5 hours from all of the other times I was hearing from emergency hospitals that I called… but they offered to have me drop off immediately and

We've been coming to Bixby animal clinic for at least 10 years. They were able to diagnose our old cat with IBS where other vets could never get us a diagnosis. Bixby provided great senior care for her for the rest of her life, always very thorough and honest. We now have a kitten that we are bringing here and I know he's getting great care.

I've been with BIG BOX vets for 30 years....until one contributed to the death of one of my beloved babies....and I decided, NEVER AGAIN. Bixby Animal Clinic had such high ratings and I wanted the best care for my fur children. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! The staff is incredible and truly believe in the health and well being of our furry families. I credit Bixby Animal Clinic with saving the life of one of my babies. I honestly believe if I'd taken him to the former BIG BOX vet, he would have died as the premise for that particular vet seems to be to keep pets just a little on the unwell side so

I had to schedule an appt for my dog and Bixby was the earliest I could get. They were very helpful and the doctor was very attentive and took her time to talk to me and address all my concerns.
I was still worried about my dog's health after the appt so the doctor even went ahead and pre-scheduled an appt just in case his condition worsens. Overall, I am very pleased with the staff. I might consider switching over to Bixby Animal Clinic!
