I have been living in one of their properties for almost 2 years. The unit is pretty badly aging (built in 68) however for the price that I pay for my rent and the flexibility and understanding that I have been given by Jody is amazing. I have had a lot of bumps in the road the last 2 years and with out her being such a great person to me, my kids and I would have been homeless. Things are not perfect and luxurious in my complex but every time I have called for maintenance the same really nice a man (who is not at all a homeless man as described below) shows up and does what he can to fix things
