Representative came to give estimate and even before doing this discovered 3 defects in my prior installation; one serious enough that he accompanied me to our condo manager to arrange rectification of a roofing issue under the old AC. I had a cracked condensation pan in my AC unit. The first AC repair company quoted me $1,100 for the repair, even though the part was under warranty.

Problems with your air conditioning system can be like a domino effect, where the start of one problem can create additional problems. Some examples of problems are: restricted air flow, restricted coils, and an incorrect refrigerant charge, just to name a few. Routine maintenance can help prevent problems before they start.
Seal openings in the ceiling, walls, and floors with crawl spaces underneath that allow pollutants into your home. Ventilate a home with clean outdoor air. The ventilation method may, however, be limited by weather conditions(heat & humidity) or undesirable levels of contaminants contained in outdoor air.

My Mother’s A/C quit working. I live in Michigan and own a heating and cooling company so taking a flight to Florida so I could repair wasn’t feasible at this time. I called AAP They sent a tech right out. Replaced her faulty thermostat and performed a full system maintenance. The tech had all the right tools including gauges that were able to show me with a text message how her system was performing. They are honest and the pricing is fair. They treated my mom with great respect and she felt comfortable with the tech that did her repair. I can honestly 100% recommend them.

I highly recommend AAP Air services for all my air conditioning needs. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Our family moved into a new construction home, and within 16 months of the move, AAP fixed two AC problems. An HVAC company is like a mechanic; you want to work with one you trust. This is the place to call when your having trouble with your AC, Christina took the call and had someone out quickly, She treated me with such courtesy and concern! They sent Terry out who went above and beyond what was necessary to get our leak fixed quickly, and it wasn't even their AC unit he worked on! I would highly recommend them if you need a professional company to repair your AC or if you need a new system, this company will take care of you!! Give them a call

We bought a unit on Longboat Key last week. According to the sellers of our unit, AAP Air Conditioning has been servicing the unit for years. We made an appointment to have it serviced and could not be happier with the company, the service and the technician (Guy). We made the appointment before we left for Florida. We were called to reconfirm the appointment once we were in Florida. Guy came at the requested appointment time.
