Granite's Group Training is the most powerful way to get the motivation, inspiration and results you are looking for. Group Training Classes are part of your Granite Health and Fitness Membership package. We have a wide variety of classes depending on your fitness level and interest. Use our class filter to build your perfect schedule.

Granite's Group Training is the most powerful way to get the motivation, inspiration and results you are looking for. Working out in a group gives you the confidence and support you need to unleash yourself.
Granite Health and Fitness' Small Group Training is progressive and results driven, with sessions lasting 4 weeks meeting one to three times a week. The class size is limited to only 5-10 members to provide you personalized attention to ensure proper form and keep your motivation high. You'll be amazed with your results and how much you can push your self.
Working out is hard and even harder when you do it alone. It might look like it comes easy to certain people but it comes down to making the time. Scheduling sessions with a personal trainer can enhance your motivation to contiue a workout regimen and hold you accountable making it more likely that you'll stick with your training program.
