We signed up my son for some kickboxing classes, uniform was included in the package. Long story short, we have been asking to provide my son with the rest of the equipment for more than a month. keeping an existing customer is not their priority as long as they have your card on file. They also told me to buy the rest out of pocket, they wont credit me or refund anything out of their pocket. The instructors are awesome don't get me wrong, its management that needs to step it up and be more discipline and lead as example.

I enrolled my son in karate about 2 months ago and he absolutely loves it. I love that he's learning focus and discipline while still having a blast. All of the instructors are great, and Sensei Andres in particular is so good with the kids, balancing discipline while still making sure they are having fun. I haven't experienced any of the bad customer service issues in other reviews, and in fact have had a very pleasant experience with every aspect of this location so far. Sign up was easy, didn't feel in any way pressured, and the price is actually not outrageous like I feared.

I've always been athletic, toned, tonight tho, i feel my age, out if shape with Jell-O muscles, yet my mind set has felt this amazing in years, my instructor was incredible, my anxiety and panic not controlling me. I hate the fact I will not have the ability to come back as I can not afford it. But major thank you to you all whom helped and did more for me then you will ever know. I would of loved to train here. you changed my life

My son, daughter, and I trained today with Coach Riley. We had a great time, and learned a lot. Coach Riley was a good instructor. He was knowledgeable, and patient with my kids; one of which was their first time training martial arts. They were kind to lend us gis. We would definitely recommend him and USKO.

Been going here a few months now taking the Muay Thai class 3 times a week, and it has definitely changed my life. Its a fantastic environment with people that train together regularly so everybody gets along and treats everyone with respect. The instructors are also very attentive and make sure you get your work in and are taken care of. And the facility itself has everything you could ever need, and is just big enough to make you realize its a full scale fight gym, but small enough to make you feel like you're in a home environment full of people you will soon be friends with. It rules, I highly

My experience at USKO has been awe-inspiring. Seeing everyone with the same goal is motivating, we’re all there to improve our health, our physique, or whatever it may be. I have even found it to be stress relieving and it helps me sleep much better at night. The trainers are all great! They give us just the right push to get through our workouts & they’re very knowledgeable. I specially love Dedra. She is body goals! She’s patient, kind, and always giving us guidance and motivation. Mike too was great as far as explaining the 16wk challenge and what to expect etc. Can’t wait to see my

Wow, is this place amazing!! I knew this was the place for me from the very beginning. It's been 6 weeks since I made one of the best decisions of my life. The USKO family/staff have been the most engaged, supportive and caring individuals. This is the first time I have committed to any excercise program and I feel blessed to have found 'my space' at USKO.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Great classes that work for any level of experience. Staff is really friendly, Mike is very approachable and Dendra is the best coach. She works with everyone on an individual level if needed and will accommodate to everyones needs in order to make sure they feel comfortable while getting the workout done.

Any studio can teach a child to kick, punch, and perform Katas. However, at USKO the foundation of sportsmanship, leadership, dedication, and determination is established.
They all go above and beyond to create an environment that is nurturing, but also challenging. They get to know the character of each student and challenge them (at their level) to strengthen their body and mind. They are skilled at delivering lessons so that each student can understand and practice safely.
Without a doubt, USKO is an outstanding service to the families of Corona, Riverside, and Anaheim. After four years of

My son has been training BJJ here for 4 years. We were members at the Corona location off the 91 until they moved to their current location. The kids program is great. The instructors are great with my son and if you want your child to compete in tournaments, they have a BJJ competition team. Kids are not required to compete. My son has high functioning autism and is extremely small for his age. USKO has given him so much more confidence and he has even competed at a very high level and has had much success in tournaments. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always encouraging the kids to challenge

I have about seven years martial arts experience, mostly of traditional Japanese ( Shoto-Kan and Ryobu-Kai) and some JKD.
I want to expand my arsenal in other styles so I decided to observe the 11:00 Muay Thai class. Bottom line.....not impressed.
When I arrived I told the instructor I was there to observe a Muay Thai class. I noticed it was probably close to 90° inside (outside temp. was in the mid to high nineties). I asked the instructor if they had air conditioning. He replied in the affirmative but since he was trying to lose weight for an upcoming fight, he wanted it it uncomfortably warm

Our son has been training with USKO for over nine years and he is still going strong. He has trained at the Corona location from time to time but normally trains at the dojo on Brockton in Riverside.
In the almost ten years we have been customers of USKO, we have never experienced anything like what was mentioned in some of the overly negative Yelp reviews of their Corona dojo. We know a lot of the other parents at both dojos and we have never heard of anything like what those reviews have stated. In all honesty, in my opinion, those reviews are unfair.
USKO is an excellent place to receive

I signed up my kid through Corona Rec and got a deal for $45 for 3 weeks of Karate 2 days a week. I am new to the Karate scene and don't know how much things cost. At USKO my 5 yr old class was only for 30 minutes 2x a week. The instructors were nice and all but I think the reception persons were way too pushy to get you to sign up for their overpriced packages. The packages are starting at $120/mo and you have to put a deposit of $190. I called All American Karate in Corona and they charge also $120 a month but you can get up to 5 classes a week and the classes are an hour each. I am not

I've been training in martial arts for 18+ years now and had to do tons of research before finding my new school. And, for the facilities and price USKO cannot be beat. They teach Muay Thai, Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(Like regular jiu-jitsu but with a sexier accent), and assorted cardio classes including yoga.
They have a great set up, two locations, huge gym and even showers. Any equipment you need for practice whether it's an open matt or heavy bag with everything in between. Make sure you purchase your own equipment when you start. This school was nice enough to offer loaner

I shopped around a bit before signing my son up for karate classes at USKO. I am so happy I did. USKO is an awesome place for little ones to learn the arts. Besides karate the kids can also do jiu jitsu, mma, and Muy Thai. There is also adult classes which by the looks of it are pretty popular. My son gets 4 classes a week for $100 a month. That beats the other places I looked at which only offer 2-3 classes a week for the same price or more. The instructors at USKO are excellent with the kids. My son loves to go to karate class 4 times a week.
