Soooooo, I have been a patient here for nearly a year. I haven't experienced any issues until this past Wednesday. Dr. Gase and his hygienist personnel are very knowledgeable and professional. However, my qualms are with the office staff. Backstory: In June, I missed an appointment as the office neglected to update my daughter's file. I'm pretty reasonable and understand that time is money, so advised that I would pay for the no show (despite the ball being dropped on their end). In August, my daughter and I had an appointment. It was requested that I make a payment prior to being seen. No problem

Must say after searching a long time I finally found a good dentist. He is very gentle when he works and breaks everything down to ensure that you understand what is going on. His assistants are all amazing and the secretary’s and finance people work with you. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

My experience at Dr. Gases office turn out great. I appreciate that they were very considerate and willing to hear my dental problems. The staff (Veronica, financial manager) were exceptionally helpful because I need to not only rely on them but I needed to visit a dental surgeon. It all went well and my smile is as good, if not better than before.

This is my primary dentist for my checkups and cleanings. I went here July 5th to have a crown done, which was my first crown. I have had dental work such as fillings and wisdom teeth removed before and I always dread having the numbing liquid injected into my gums. It hurts and is uncomfortable. I was extremely surprised and happy when Dr. Gase did this since there was no pain. I could see the needle, he went to do it and I didn't feel it AT ALL! Some dentists have to do your crown fitting one day, send it off to have the crown made and then you have to come for a second appointment to have

Worst dental office in Cincinnati based on my experience . Wish I could rate them minus 5 stars because even 1 star is too much for these guys . The office manager is the rudest person in the world with her cocky attitude . I went to this office for a cleaning work . When I got there I asked them to check with my insurance to see what I was covered and what not , the receptionist called my ins and advised me I was good . They did some extra work that I didn't ask them to do and the bill ended up being $23 more than what the ins would pay and they said that they have been mailing me "

I was impressed right away. When we stopped by to check out the office they gave us a tour, a swag bag, and showed us a quick video highlighting why their office is better than the rest. I couldn't believe it! Isn't this a boring, never-changing, old dentist office?! Evidently not!
The offices are clean and modern. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists do a good job of treading that line between making conversation and "hey, don't you see I have all this stuff in my mouth, so I can't talk to you." I always come away feeling squeaky clean.
