I found Herald Family Dentistry not long ago and my husband and I have been in for dental work multiple times. We have been so impressed with their dental work, prices, friendly and functional staff, and Dr. Herald and Dr. Frew. The office is incredibly clean and it’s located in a very convenient area. Jessica, Courtney & Jodie have done a wonderful job with cleanings/fillings. Tracie and the girls are always very helpful over the phone and in person.

Yesterday was my first visit to Herald Family Dentistry, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my care. Courtney was an amazing hygienist, very thorough, informative, and knowledgeable, and super fun to talk to! Dr. Herald was wonderful as well, and I appreciated how he took the time to talk me through the issues with my teeth and the treatment plan for the future. I felt very taken care of as a patient, and I’m glad I am getting my issues addressed as soon as possible so my teeth can last for a long time to come!

Top-notch talent and care. Had to get new dentures after many years and dreaded the prospect. I had major difficulties with my former dentist and never did quite get the right fit even after numerous visits.

I was referred to this office by another patient and I’m so glad for that recommendation. It feels like I’m talking to family being at this dentist & Courtney is the sweetest although everyone here is very nice as well. My first time meeting Dr. Herald, even though we went over my next steps for dental repair, I felt really informed of what my options were. Efficient practice that runs on time. My appointment started a little early. Great service from the moment I stepped through the door. This was my first visit to the practice as I relocated from out-of-state and the quality of service is similar to my prior dentist’s practice.
Every step was clearly explained and costs were clearly laid out so I could make informed decisions about my care.
The practice was clean and bright. The waiting area had seating set up for social distancing. Hand sanitizer and masks were available also.

I was having some pain in a tooth and hadn't been to a dentist in over 5 years. I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did! The staff made me feel at home and didn't give me a hard time about not being to a dentist in years. They took the time to explain everything in detail and were happy to answer all my questions. I will be a patient for life!

Katie has been taking care of my kiddos and me and is fantastic. She takes time to explain my options so that I'm making an informed decision for myself and my family.

The absolute BEST dentist I have ever been to! Everyone there is so down to earth and makes going to the dentist the least bit stressful. They explain everything from your dental work/treatment plan to your billing options/payment plans so easily! This is only the second dental office I have been to, and the other was my pediatric dentist. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Love the team there!
