Karl was amazing. He was very patient with our ever changing wants. He worked well with us and found our home. The buying process was painless as he communicated before hand and reach out for feedback afterwards to ensure he was working with our wants. My realtor Karl Schulz was excellent in every way. I mean this man has the patience of Job. I bugged him day in and day out but never did he have a harsh word, only tried to lessen my worries. Whenever I saw a property he made it happen immediately. I would recommend this realtor to anyone that has fear of purchasing. He worked endlessly until I was satisfied. I only wish there were more stars! Karl is that good! We listed our home in April and within 60 days, the check was in the bank! And this was no easy task. We had some challenges with potential buyers, and Karl negotiated all that was thrown at him, with the highest professionalism and integrity.
