Great property mgmt place! Do your research and you will see many other property mgmt companies will fee you to death. United Metro doesn't do that! They are very responsive to any needs a renter has and they have wonderful properties for rent. We are very happy renting from United Metro. Also all the staff we have dealt with are good people!!

BEWARE RENTERS AND OWNERS. Me and fiance put in an application paid in full proved all the info. HIS CREIDT SCORE IS 780 They send a text saying we don't make 5,200 combined and they deleted the application. We make 2 times the rent if it gets paid thats all that matters IN MY OPNION. Also We always pay our rent early and on time even through the pandemic remain employed full-time WHICH IS ACTUALLY 100$ LESS THEN WHAT METROS PROPERTY WAS

At first I was skeptical because of the reviews but also we didn’t have a choice because of timing, so we went ahead and moved forward with United Metro. At the end of the day I am not sure why they have such bad reviews because we have had nothing but a great experience. Our start inspection handled with a breeze, United metro solved the issues we pointed out at the beginning just as promised. During the lease no issues and if we did email was easy to communicate and response was fast! During our final inspection it went with a breeze and I can say we got 100% our deposit back with no issues

Wow just wow is all I can say. I explained that I needed to get into a home as soon as possible for my child and I, and I asked a question about their homes that are posted for5, 000 rent when they called I was on my work phone and on the freeway going around the 51 in the spot around the mountains so the quality was poor it was breaking up rather bad as I was in the middle of explaining that my phone of course died. I pulled over to QT to charge and call back with my full attention and better quality. However when my phone turned back on I had a text from their company saying property no longer

United Metro has managed my properties for over 10 years. I am an out-of-state investor. Couldn't have done it without them. They are honest, trustworthy, efficient and personable. Maintenance/repairs timely, leasing timely and accounting timely. Tenant violations handled carefully and timely. I always felt comfortable knowing that UM was taking care of my investment properties. The VP is fantastic! Knowledgeable & wise too. I did a 1031 so no longer with them. I highly recommend UM!

Renters Beware! The worst experience ever from a property management company. I specifically asked for the paint color to do some touch up before I moved out and they refused to give it to me and told me it shouldn't need to be painted and as normal wear and tear is part of the agreement. Yet, they deducted money from my deposit for painting. I cleaned that unit for days, professionally landscaped, steam cleaned the carpets (which have not been replaced for at least 7 years) and still they drained my deposit down to nickles. Multiple times I asked for items to be fixed and either they ignored

I have had my properties in the Phoenix area managed by United Metro for well over 15 years and during that time have been very happy with their knowledge, professionalism and integrity.
For those of you who have never been a landlord, you must understand that it involves dealing with the public, most of whom are wonderful and others of whom are a total mess. After being a landlord for over 40 years now, I can easily spot a number of the total mess variety in many of these negative reviews.
It is not my fault if you have bad credit. It is not my fault if you have poorly-behaved or untrained pets

One of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with. Glen is rude and curt. Phone calls and messages go unanswered for days. Liz will eventually call you back only to tell you to call Glenn, who does not return calls, he will TEXT you and tell you to call Liz and then turn around and text, "don't call Liz, she has nothing to do with anything." WHAT?!?!?!

I used this company for a number of years to manage my rental. We lived out of State and it was nice to be able to trust someone to care for the property as well as find the best tenants. The whole experience from looking for a rental to moving in was easy and stress free. Glenn, Liz, Easton and Cathleen were all so helpful! They were readily available, clear about the process, thorough, and super nice! I even received phone calls and text messages from them keeping me informed and up to date.

From the beginning its been a great experience-Liz was so nice and called me back every time-she even remembered where my son had started work that week. She is the one that gave me the news of winning the rental and sounded like she was super excited -just like I was! haha. She's is super cool! Worst company to rent from, moved in thier property in 2010 had to clean property,there was no power or water in the property prior to my move so no repairs or cleaning done, they let me move in with the understanding they would come repair holes on the wall,floor, never happened. Thier was a constant leak in the kitchen that the owner came to repair on several occasions before they brought in a plumber, this took them almost eight years to come and fix, they came every year for inspection and stated everything was going to be fixed but they never did come back till the next year to promise repairs

This property mgmt company is Not a Good one to rent through and take advantage of the renters in every way. The carpet should have been Cleaned BEFORE I moved in and they want to bill me for cleaning. If you do decide to move in to a property they manage be sure to video the walk through ( i did) as they Will try to take all of your deposit and charge you more. Renter Beware. As for property owners find an Honest company to take care of your stuff.

We have been dealing this United Metro since early 2002 from the purchase of a property In Surprise, AZ to the management of same property until we sold it in March 2019. Glenn, Ken, Justin, Jesse and others have all have been responsive and held my hand while I was learning the going ons of being a property owner with no prior experience. We went thru three or four tenants in 17 years, some excellent and others not so ideal. They were there fulfilling their duties and contacting us as needed. The income came in faithfully every month. I was a bit unsure, since I had just contracted with a property management company that begun to close their doors, and United Metro decided to take on their clients. Ken, Justin, Glenn, and Angela were fantastic and responsive to inquiries. I haven't been a landlord in over 12 years, and they guided me through their plans and process most efficiently! This rental company sucks we just moved out of our house about 2 weeks ago they over charge you for everything the house looks better than when we moved in. In the middle of the summer our ac went out it took them 2 and a half weeks to replace it our laundry room flooded and messed up our washer and dry and they wouldn't do anything about it the walls were literally falling down and they never came into fix them. And they never answer the phone or call you back and they are never at there location if I could give them a negative start I would!!

I agree with all the negative comments on here about this pos company. I had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with these unprofessional people for 9 months. They never answer the phone or return voicemails...On the very very slim chance you do get someone on the phone they are rude and condescending!! If you sign a lease from these CRIMINALS, they will find a way to make up bogus charges to pocket your FULL security deposit.
By far the worst company I have ever worked with in my life. Steer clear of this super shady establishment!!

We rented a house in the west valley for a year through these guys. Predictably, the A/C went out within a couple weeks after moving in, in the latter end of an AZ summer. After a bit of persistence, we finally got the unit totally replaced (sorry, owner). We were afforded a modest stipend for our troubles to put towards living somewhere else while the unit was out. It might have totally covered our stay at the best western in kingman, but we decided to splurge a little bit and stay at a local resort instead, covering the difference ourselves. I can

Glenn is not a customer oriented individual and is ignorant to speak with on the phone. He wants to do absolutely nothing to help you and does not want to answer your questions. The only reason this company can possibly continue to stay in business is because of the high demand for rentals at this time. As a renter I would NOT use this company! They lost paperwork I had amended to reflect a damaged door upon moving in. So much to my surprise when I moved out I was charged $125.00 for a door that I did not damage. The representative I dealt with didn't make any notes regarding our conversations about this door. I wasn't even asking for it to be fixed just that I have it noted on my move in inspection which he had me fax in approximately five times. Now I'm stuck with this charge and poor customer service because someone chose not to do their job with honesty and integrity.
