We have established processes to collect rent, and believe placing responsible tenants in your property is the best way to avoid non-payment.
The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. If you are experiencing difficulties making your rental or utility payments there are a number of non-profit organizations that offer assistance.

After contacting Prestige Properties LLC located in Tempe, AZ. I was mislead entirely as to how the process would unfold. I was under the impression that I would be allowing the property to be inspected. They would then cut me a check for a reduced value of the property. They would then, on their own sell the property at a later date for a larger value, making some money for themselves.
This is not at all how they do business. They have you, do their foot work for them. They force you to show the house, and convince buyers to buy it yourself. They also contract out this part of their operation

All County Prestige has been such a joy to deal with in the year I’ve been a tenant in one of their properties. As a long-time homeowner, I was a little unsure about suddenly becoming a renter, but after meeting with Property Manager, Kate Roth, I knew I was in good hands. From my move-in day, to any maintenance requests I’ve had, they’ve always come through in a timely and professional manner. I also get follow up phone calls to make sure everything was done and that I’m happy with the results. All County helped make my transition seamless, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Very unprofessional I paid $50 for a back ground check and was told that if I didn’t get approved I would receive a letter stating why. I NEVER received anything and whenever I tried contacting them about it their answer was “oh we don’t do the check it’s done by another company.” My bank statement clearly said that it was paid to All County Prestige. Many many many calls later I get “ oh sorry about your experience but we’re under new management and unfortunately we can’t refund your money.” **PEOPLE BEWARE AND SAVE UR HARD EARNED MONEY**

As a foreign owner, All County Prestige makes my ownership like I was right there in Phoenix, they provide an excellent online system (for owners & tenants) where I can receive up-to-date information from anywhere in the World. Their transparency and quick response time make it easy as an owner / landlord they treat my properties as if they were their own. They receive multiple quotes or bids if something needs to be fixed so as an owner I'm not over paying for repairs or upgrades. I truly believe all property managers should use a system like theirs!

Moving can be a struggle, especially when your roommate tells you have at least a week to find a new place to live. With that in mind, I came across All County Prestige Property Management. I found an apartment that was on the site for at least three days. I immediately went to take a look at the property. Since I had to expedite my living arrangements, I quickly submitted my deposit, and signed the contract within 48 hours.
