Reached out to this company regarding a rental property and had a discussion with Peter Carabetta. Peter requested a bit of information about my property and said he would get back to me. It's been over a week and I've sent two follow up emails to Peter with no response. If he is this unresponsive to a potential customer, it concerns me how responsive he would be to a guest in my residence. I wouldn't use or recommend based upon my limited interactions.

They don't serve my area (North San Diego County), which is a bummer. BUT the team was extremely responsive, and they reached out within less than 12 hours to let me know. Filling out the form to request partnering was simple, and their website was easy to navigate.

I highly recommend AirMGR! They have done a great job managing my Airbnb in San Diego. Everything from communicating with the cleaning crew, getting a plumber on a moments notice to hosting my guests has been seamless. They are also very quick to respond to me too! I have received ALL 5 STAR reviews from my guests over the past 8 months since I first listed my property. They also gave me great advice on how to properly set up my house for hosting.

We hired Peter about a month ago to assist us with our rental in Scottsdale. He has been a dream to work with! Being out of state, it's so nice to know there is someone to cater to the guests needs. He was very patient answering all of our questions, and handles everything from the listing itself, guest arrival and departure, coordinating the cleaners, etc. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to help manage your AirBNB property. No surprise he is a superhost!
