I am a tenant at one of their property's and I am very pleased at the cooperation I receive whenever an issue comes up. Iris is my property manager and I am pleased to have her. She is very easy to get along with. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. She does not hesitate when she is called upon to handle any issues. She comes by from time to time just to check and make sure everything is okay. I am very happy with the way this all turned out after relocating my business.

This company is full of thieves and scoundrels. Moved out in October 2020, Megan my Property Manager missed our walk out appointment. She said she would handle to move out paperwork forward me the results. I never received those. I emailed her in December to remind her and to get my security deposit back. She said they don't have a specific timeframe it needs to be done. Now its February 2021, I still don't have my security deposit back. Tammy can you please fire Megan and save your soul?

We have been dealing with Reliance Management for the last 9 years and have had mixed experiences. It was not until we were teamed with Iris Vargas, as our property manager, that I felt good about providing a positive review. Her high level of professionalism and timely communication has made our stay here more welcoming.

Recently we relocated our rental business to University Business Center. Phyllis at Reliance Management helped make our move to this new location easy. She always returned phone calls and emails quickly.
After we moved in, we had concerns about very low spot in the parking lot that surrounded a drain. Since we rent sports cars and motorcycles this uneven part of the parking lot could cause problems for our sports cars, motorcycles and our customers. I mentioned this concern to Phyllis. Four weeks later the parking lot was being dug up and the drain was being raised.
I'm happy we moved to one

If it wasn't for Reliance Management giving my small business an opportunity almost 8 years ago we wouldn't be where we are now. We were a very small startup, they were a large industrial owner, with a building in a prime location directly off the freeway. Most building owners wouldn’t talk to me…Reliance did and they gave us our first break. In short time we grew, they expanded our space, no problem. We then got even bigger, no worries they made accommodations for us and got us a larger space. In 2 short years we out grew their building and they assisted us in finding a larger space. When

I see reliance has people posting fake positive reviews for themselves lately. Trust me but none of their tenants are happy. This is the worst company to ever rent from. I've talked with several brokers lately because I am planning on moving when my lease expires... all of them said they can't stand reliance. And if you get stuck with the arrogant lady named Suzan then you might as well just prepare to be frustrated anytime you have to deal with this scandalous company.

We've been in our space since 2013. When we initially moved in, we were less than satisfied with the property manager. Slow responses and lack of interest in resolving any issues were very common. Recently, our property manager was changed to Iris and we couldn't be happier with this change. Iris is responsive, treats us like human beings, and usually has our issue resolved very timely. If there is a delay, Iris is very communicative in letting us know why and provides a timeline for resolution. We considered moving out of our current location due to poor management response and increasing rent

Almost immediately after we moved in two years ago, we were sorry. The property manager had been very attentive up to signing the lease, but by the time the ink had dried it was like we no longer existed. Lousy, lousy experience. Absolutely terrible. I would've given "0" stars. Then came Iris Vargas. She's brought our rating up to 4 stars, and the only reason it's not 5 is because someone in the company had allowed the previous property manager to stay as long as they did. Conversely, Iris is among the best property managers I've EVER worked with (and in my 40+ years of business, I've worked with
