100/100 service. I can't recommend the team at buellton garage enough! They were so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I had gone somewhere else for the last 5 + years and am so happy I made the switch. They offer concierge services if you need a ride as well as a sweet more the moment I got in my car for visiting them. Reasonable prices and I got $20 off from a discount card they sent in the mail! Don't go anywhere else. Worthy!

They are a way better value than taking your car to the dealer, super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely the only place I'll be taking my car from now on.

I've never had a better experience with an auto repair shop! As someone who has been in the hospitality industry my entire life, I recognize when people actually care about taking care of other people. I would compare Buellton Garage to a Michelin starred restaurant. They are completely transparent about pricing, time of repair, and what needs to be done now and what can wait. I couldn't possibly recommend them more!

I prefer working with independently owned and operated car repair shops, usually the work is is better and less expensive that going with a chain, much less a dealer, this certainly is the case with Buellton Garage! I am new to the S Y Valley and needed some major work done on my 2007 Lexus ES 350. The staff was awesome and the recommendations for repair w]were spot on and almost half the cost of getting the work done at the shop I used to use in Santa Barbara! I'll be back for sure and happy to recommend to others.

Here we go... went in for a simple oil change because the shop I usually take it to was closed. They found humor in my attempt for a same day oil change, so I made an appointment for the following week...just to compare and contrast.

I came in for an oil change and wanted them to look at my shocks as I felt my car was a bit 'bouncy'. They were very courteous to my face but I ended up with a $2,000 quote of recommended items. I was fine with the fact there is stuff that I need to do to upkeep my car EXCEPT when they tacked on that I needed my air and cabin filters changed. I just replaced those myself within a month of taking my car in so I knew they never actually looked at the filters. After rolling into town after a 1500 mile trip from Washington State, my alternator and battery bit the dust. The great folks at Perry Ford in Santa Barbara replaced both within 24 hours, and I was on my way.
But just to be sure I made it home without incident, I decided, on a current customer's recommendation, to have Buellton Garage perform an oil change and a thorough once-over.

Where do I start? This place saved us while on vacation. My car was making a noise while we were visiting Solvang on a holiday weekend and I called everywhere to try and get my car looked at. Buellton garage was the only place that worked us into their busy schedule. The office staff was amazing and replaced my wheel bearing in no time! I really wanted to like this place. It was clean and professional looking and the desk people are really friendly and accommodating.

When I picked up my car, the windshield had been sprayed with a translucent whitish fluid and hastily wiped down with a dirty rag. I had to clean it before I could drive down the road. The steering wheel and shift knob were absolutely black and transferred it to my hands. I had to pullover and clean them both before

They are very friendly and have great customer service. I took my car in for an oil change and they discovered a problem that was still covered under manufacturer warranty, and let me know so that I could get it serviced at a dealer under warranty. We have a beat up '97 Chevy Suburban. The thing is a tank, and when it started having more problems I was ready to get rid of it! But no, the hubby wants it for his hobby car. We took it to Buellton Garage and they fixed it up real nice for his liking. They are professional, quick and fair priced, so going forward we will be using them for all of our cars. A special shout out to owner Jeni who stayed right on top of things during some scheduling issues on my part. She was professional but also communicative and as friendly as could be! My dash light came on while driving through town and because of their positive yelp reviews I took the car to BG. Rob thoroughly explained the work to me and has a fantastic voice, one for radio or telemarketing. Here's the rub - the place is expensive and if you have the ability to, your wallet is much better off taking your car to a more competitive environment like Santa Barbara. Keep in mind I only took my car here because I had just spent 3000$ dollars with them and wanted them to check out a noise on what they had just replaced on top of getting an oil change because my car is so low to the ground I can't do it myself. 3 hours after they open they call me to tell me that I had a major coolant leak. Rob then sends me a picture of the leak and I come to find that clearly something happened between me dropping it off and the time that they called me. I have gotten opinions from 3 different shops on this and they all say there is no way my car could have made it there

I'm from out of town, visiting friends in Buellton and my check engine light came on. I took my car to the garage and had amazing service. Rob saw me right away even though there were cars in front of me. He ran diagnostics, confirmed what I thought it was, cleared my code and sent me on my way. He wouldn't let me pay. Excellent customer service and if I ever need anything car wise again and I'm anywhere close I'll stop here! I also recommend this garage to my Buellton friends.

Had to get an oil change and tire rotation after a long drive from Utah and back. They answered my seemingly silly questions of "if I could get my car just overall checked up" and they were very kind by informing me that they'd check everything out. They have a super cool feature of sending you a link of the things they recommend getting changed in the near future. Made an appointment a couple days in advance. Dropped my truck and writhing a couple hours they had the problem diagnosed and a few other issues identified for preventative maintenance. No pressure on the optional work. Work was all done by end of day, which was surprising given my delay in responding to their call. Rob was attentive and quick in collecting my information, and the work was done quickly at a fair price. The owners even followed up with a text a few days later to check on my satisfaction with the work. Great service! I highly recommend Buellton Garage!

Absolutely amazing people here!!!! We were on a road trip when the skid plate under my car started to drag (previous mechanics broke it). Josh was so thorough, honest and generous. I discovered this place on a road trip. I had a concern about the brakes on used truck I'd just bought. I brought it by--no waiting. He diagnosed my problem, test drove it and thoroughly inspected it. And then he didn't charge me for it. I bought a hat and wear it proudly. I saw the work he was doing here on other cars, and he really knows his stuff. Shop is as neat as a pin!

We were coming through Buellton on our way to So. CA a couple of days ago. We were having noisy braking on our van and decided we had better get it checked out.
We pulled into this very nice auto repair shop, which happened to be behind a car wash we were using. We pulled in and they immediately started working on finding out what was wrong with our van.
