I have used ATG for more than 10 years, across multiple vehicles (Mazda Protege, Totota Pruis, Honda CRV, Jeep Grand Cherokee). They do high quality work, finish on time and most importantly, don't over charge. Several times I have come in with severe problems from the perspective of how my vehicle was operating. They could have told me anything about the difficulty of the repair, but they charged me for minor work because the fix was comparatively simple. Contrast that with our local Toyota dealership where they regularly try to charge you for work not needed. I can't speak highly enough of this

I recently moved to the area, and was in need of a new go-to auto repair shop. I took my Mustang to ATG for an oil change. It was easy to schedule an appointment with ATG, and the drop-off was fast. Jamie was friendly and efficient. What really impressed me was, during the oil change, Jamie called me to let me know that my oil pressure sensor was leaking, and that there was a technical service bulletin (A TSB from the manufacturer means they are aware of a problem, but the customer still pays to fix it) from Ford for the oil pressure sensor replacement. These guys are the best in town. A friend recommended them to me about 8 years ago, and every visit has been a great experience. Brought my subaru in after they're shop was referred to me by a friend of Jamie's and I was overcharged for a gasket replacement and then a few weeks later I had an 02 sensor go bad so I brought it back in and Jamie quoted me almost $450 saying that my whole circuit had gone bad. It sounded fishy so I went home and tested the circuit myself and the thing was fine, I ended up buying the new sensor online (cost less than ATG quoted me) and replaced it myself. Received a call from Jamie the next day as to why I hadn't come in and I told him that I has fixed the problem

ATG is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. They have excellent customer service and communication and always let you know about anticipated charges and areas of concern about your car. Whenever I get my car serviced I feel like I'm able to make informed decisions because they explain what I need to know and never push extra services on me. This is one of the few automotive service providers that I trust.

Spoke to Jamie over the phone, scheduled appt. Took in my car for examining the noise that could be from Alternator decoupler or Water Pump. I asked him for an estimate and initial estimate was $300. He called up an hour later and said the problem was alternator decoupler and suggested we replace the alternator all together for $425 + Tax addtl. . ( $300 Parts + $125 Labor). They use non OEM parts and purchase them from OReilly Auto parts and charge customers almost twice the purchase amount (Original cost $166 - price paid at ATG$297). I have never seen an auto store that isn't a dealer charge

I think trust is a key quality you want in an auto repair shop. I feel that I can totally trust the team at ATG Auto Repair. They have done repairs and maintenance on our two cars. Their prices are reasonable and they have always done the work in the time promised, or earlier. When I had an emergency repair, they squeezed me in. They always take the time to talk about what is needed and why. I highly recommend this shop!

They were incredibly polite and jovial. They showed me everything that they fixed and the ways in which the old parts were damaged, they explained why certain parts needed fixing, and they did it all extremely quickly (especially since I was a drop in). Plus, they checked my car to make sure that everything else was working well AND they gave me excellent recommendations for other spots to take my car when it needs services that they don't offer. I even saw them recommend another client to a different auto

Took my car in because the engine was shaking to the point where I couldn't look out my rearview mirror. Also asked for an oil change
ATG tells me one of the engine mounts is bad and needs to be replaced. $200. Fine.
Get my car back, engine still shakes just as bad, and I am charged $300 in total because apparently oil changes are $100 now.
Took my car to Top Shop where they told me that the other motor mount is also broken. Told ATG that, they denied it. Tell me that it's basically impossible to fix this problem and it's just a problem with my car that I will always have.

We love ATG! Have been taking our cars to them since 2000 and could never switch to another because we KNOW what we are getting here...top notch service at fair prices, not the cheapest, but fair. Jamie is so knowledgeable, passionate about his business, as well as caring. He works with us on what is really needed and tells us what we can wait for which we appreciate being on a tight budget.
