Parc At Bentonville

I moved here in large part because of how helpful the leasing staff was. Since I've lived here I've been very impressed with the quick maintenance service. The staff does a great job here.

I lived here for almost 3 years (2018-2021) and it was a great experience. Never had any major issues, and management when I left was awesome. Even a few months after I moved, they helped me get a package that was erroneously sent to my old address. Apartment was clean and nice when I moved in, and a great size. My dog loved the balcony, and on the 2nd floor heating/cooling was very affordable. The grounds/buildings were always well-maintained, and all the staff is super friendly and helpful.
The only downside really is the location. Prepare to get stuck behind 18-wheelers going to and from the

This was a terrible place to live. The managers let their dogs go on the ground and never pick it up. When I made a complaint we went down the tube so to speak. Would they renew our lease? No.
We rented from this management company between Roger's and Bentonville for over 10 years. No late rent payments ever! Just don't complain about rules in your lease. Some can break the rules and others cannot.

Very impressed with the maintenance , the appearance outside and inside of the apartment, beautiful Apartments with the feel of luxury living, great location from the city noise, has a country feel to it. Ms. Brooks is totally pleasure to deal with, very professional and compassionate staff, it's been one of my best experiences in apartment living.

This is a wonderful place to live, I was moved from Texas to this place without looking much options in bentonville but I would say I got the best one in bentonville. Leasing office folks are really supportive and helpful, also maintenance folks are really good. We didn’t face any issues and I would highly recommend to try this place.

Since this is the first place I've lived at on my own, I don't have much to compare too. But I will say this, Parc at Bentonville is literally the place for you if you are looking for an apartment. Staff and management are always there for you. They will answer any questions you have. Management is always there within a day or two to fix or help with whatever you need. I've been here since late October and the experience has been phenomenal so far. This is a very clean complex but there are a few things that residents here can do to make it even cleaner. Definitely a 5/5 star though!

3 months ago, I would have given this apartment complex a perfect 5/5. But since then wherever you look, you find dog feces everywhere, including on the sidewalk and even on the stairwell. And the source is from someone in building 5802. Management has been told multiple times about this issue. Their solution? Put more pet bag stations around the buildings. This morning, when I saw that, and told the building manager himself, his response was "we're not even open yet."

One of the nicest places I've ever lived at! Units are brand new and super clean. Office and maintenance staff are very attentive and will help you with anything. The rent is cheaper than the other places that are closer to downtown, but this place honestly doesn't feel that far away from anything. Bentonville is expanding to the southwest, so there's a lot of new residential and commercial development nearby. Perfect if you're looking for an affordable and clean place to live without a luxury tax.

Decent enough apartment. Depends on who you get in the office, you’ll have a good experience.
Had some porch pirates but just sent my packages to the front office. Walls are SUPER thin. I can hear my neighbours cough. Looks pretty but is definitely built cheaply and quickly.
