I’ve been here for about 4 months and everything has been great so far! This is the only complex I’ve lived at where maintenance requests are completed same day and the office is super responsive! Shout out to Nick for always saving the day when it comes to maintenance!

Service is Exceptional. Especially Nick is an awesome guy with the the Service. Was having an maintenance issue with the cooker and it was resolved within no time. Kudos to team and Nick who was very polite and helpful

My daughter and I have lived here for 4 months and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to Nick who did an awesome job in our kitchen. Thank you Nick. The property is nice and kept clean.

We really like living here. The location is perfect; we enjoy watching planes and helicopters take off and land from the airport across the street (a real treat for my kids and my pilot husband), the walking and bike paths start right outside the neighborhood entrance and go for miles in every directions, and we are super close to anything and everything you need for food, shopping and even medical care. The neighborhood is very well maintained, the pool and pool deck are large and always clean, there’s a nice playground as well as a dog park, and a pond. The staff are all friendly and ready

From the moment we stepped into the apartment, I knew this was going to be our next home. The finishes in the home where great and the apartments are beautiful. I had the privilege to work with Edgar who went above and beyond to help us with our move. If you ever get the chance to work with him you won't be let down! When you put a request for maintenance, rest assure that it will get done quickly. Cody and Nick really look out for the residents. I highly reccomend Sullivan Square!!
