We toured this complex but ultimately decided to live elsewhere.
Pros:
The leasing office staff was kind and knowledgeable. The location is great. It's right on the border of Rogers and Bentonville and on the Two Cities trail. The 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans are spacious and come with 2-car garages. The rental rates are more affordable than most nicer complexes in the area.
Cons:
All appliances are white and look like they're from a different decade. All units are fully carpeted (except kitchens and bathrooms) which is problematic. They were clever to have glade plug-ins in the model units we

I’ve lived here about six months and really enjoy it. The staff is friendly and communication is very good. They keep residents well- informed by email, text, and flyers - all of which are appreciated. My apartment is quiet and I absolutely love having a garage. My dog loves the dog park and we both love being right on the Razorback Greenway trail system. Couldn’t ask for more as far as location, too.

I lived at this property for about a year and had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful and informative. Very attentive and reassuring when the resident has any questions or anything of the like. Staff is also very personable and welcomes any residents in for a friendly conversation. Property is also located in a great area. It is close to a lot of places in Bentonville and has easy access to the trail system. My dog and I loved living here and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to call home in the NWA area.

June 24th we will have been here a year, and it's been a fantastic one. So much positive i can say about the Parcs. The office team is amazing and super helpful. The maintenance team is on it as well 99% of the time whatever needs fixed is usually fixed within 24hrs. This is an amazing community that I'm happy I get to call home.

I lived in a one bedroom apartment for two years. This complex was very nice. I especially liked having an attached garage and in unit washer and dryer. Any problems were handled promptly and the community is incredibly nice. The neighbors were all pleasant and quiet. The rent was reasonable, and my dog was welcome. I also enjoyed the amenities of the dog park and the community pool. I high recommend Parc.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and customer service sets the “curve” by far! Plus they have a “true” service tech. on sight. Location is spot on for easy access to Bentonville or Rogers and so close to the interstate. The rates for the square footage and attached garage, cannot be touched. I cannot say enough good things about the Parc At Rogers. It has been an amazing experience!! Thank you all so much!
