Deposits are prepared on a daily basis and done remotely through a scanner if the bank provides the service, or sent with a courier if the bank doesn't. For all checks on "Reject Payments" status, the manager will receive an e-mail and must respond within 24 to 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed with payment.

Unresponsive via email and phone regarding local neighborhood management with home owners / residents. Specifically Mystic Forest III neighborhood.

The formal response from the association for a resident breaking Rules and Regulation, established by the association, for a neighborhood is "call the police" without involvement. Very disappointing to hear from an HOA as a resident / homeowner.
