Training with Robbie has supported my recovery from lower back pain. The targeted approach has helped me improve my mobility. When I discovered Foundation Fitness I hadn’t been active in the gym for years. Our work has offered me the opportunity to start right where I was physically, with my limitations, and progressively build up my strength and flexibility.

We have seen tremendous improvement in our son since he has been working with Robbie. He began working with Robbie after a shoulder injury. The focus on building a strong core and mastering the foundation movements has been the key to keeping him strong, healthy and performing at his best. Robbie’s programs are the best kept secret around. You don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to work with the best!

I reached out to Robbie not really knowing what I needed but knew it was something after having three kids and doing nothing for myself in 8 yrs. I met with him a few days later and our plan was in place. In between all that I managed to convince two other friends/moms to join.
Well let me just say that Robbie has been the angel we didn’t know we were missing. The workouts are challenging but totally doable. Anything can be modified. I have hip/knee issues, my friend just had a csection and my other friend has a one yr old walking around her workouts, yet we all get the work in and modified

I was not working out because I don’t care for gyms and just lost my motivation. A friend told me about Robbie at Foundation Fitness and I thought ok I’m gonna give it a try. He has a great gym setup in his garage until he opens his own gym soon. It’s an intimate but not intimidating environment and I have enjoyed being pushed by Robbie when I wasn’t feeling it.. He is so educated and focused on each person and their separate goals and strength or past injuries. He is a big advocate of all the things that go into making workouts actually work, like good sleep, “diet” and progression

Awesome trainer, great for working with any age person. Great listener, designs workout program to your specific goals. Not your stern in your face type of trainer very encouraging and supportive while working with you to obtain your goals. Great motivator in positive manner. Would highly recommend!!
