When I started this company, I wanted to continue on the path that I was on to help people get in better shape with exercise. I was a trainer, working for a great company, but still not pursuing my own dreams. When the opportunity presented itself, I took a step forward to create Elevate Fitness.

Little did I know that in creating a business with something I was passionate about, I would create a service that could transform people more than just physically.I saw that every individual that came to my session was someone that needed transformation not just with the body, but also mentally and emotionally.

Total Body FIT Camp: This is designed to use compound workout movements with cardio to increase fat burning and simultaneous condition your muscle to achieve muscle toning and help you feel amazing after! HIIT Training is a form of interval training, which combines cardiovascular exercise strategy with alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

This place changed my life. Dramatic, I know, but hear me out: I was pregnant during the pandemic and gained 40 lbs. My sweet darling son destroyed my abs. Elevate Fitness changed my life. I started going to training sessions at Elevate after years of going to the gym myself and not seeing any results. Working with the owner Stephany Acosta and the Elevate team, I have lost 70lbs and I am healthier than I have ever been. Their personal trainers are incredible and really help with form and motivation. I’ve done both in-person and virtual sessions and have enjoyed both. Stephany and her team have definitely kept me moving and active throughout the pandemic with regular virtual workouts and coaching. Not only is she an expert on body mechanics, she is also supremely qualified to coach nutrition, attitude/mental state, and mindset. Frankly, I’ve always been a hater and avoider of exercising and a 7-decade habit was challenging to break. She helped me break it. I’ve always had a moderately active lifestyle, but I made the decision to join a gym about a year and a half ago. My experience with Stephany and her team at Elevate is completely different than any training I’ve had before at a corporate gym. Each session is engaging and builds on the progress we’ve made since the last. I am consistently impressed by the level of communication and professionalism with each session, and though they are challenging, I genuinely look forward to each one. I have been working out at Elevate Fitness for over a year now and have had an amazing experience with Stephany Acosta and her group of trainers. I am 42 and decided to try to get back in shape about 3 years ago and worked with several personal trainers and fitness studios during that time. Stephany's crew is head and shoulders above the rest. They are all very motivating and pay close attention to body mechanics and form for the duration of each workout to help minimize injuries. I love working out at Elevate Fitness! I have known Stephany for several years and I have worked out with her and other members of her staff - they are so trustworthy and honestly good people. I am recovering from a back injury/surgery and trying to get my fitness & strength back on track. The trainers are informative and encouraging and I always feel like the exercises are personalized for me and my situation. The atmosphere is professional, yet fun, and I always feel like I am pushed to do more than I thought I could do on my own. I always leave the gym looking forward to my next session. I will
