Not happy with the situation at the compactor/trash collection area. It seems nobody seems to want to take pride in where they live so trash is just dumped wherever there is an open spot. Very frustrating and disappointing. Also per owners, of which I am one, need to PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. Also very frustrating and disappointing. Take some time to make the neighborhood a pleasant experience for all.

Just moved back here after about ten years and they’ve definitely upgrade the apartments. Staff is professional and very responsive. Apartment was super clean and no problems. Quick maintenance response on something that broke on first day of move in. Only issue is parking seems scarce if coming home after 7pm.

After living in half a dozen communities all over south Florida I would have to say this is the best. By far the best pricing, very quiet and very pet friendly. Other reviews complain about cars being booted but it is made very clear on move-in that guest cars need to be registered to prevent over-crowding and unauthorized vehicles from taking spots from residents. They even remind you weekly through emails and have an online link to register guest cars so you can do it from home 24/7. I’m personally glad they do this as I have never had a problem finding a close spot to my building.

When I left the community and gave them written notice more than a month before I moved out and paid my rent in full, they went ahead and put a collection on my credit report. Even though I have sent all the paperwork to them proving their mistake, they still refuse to remove it. They will not even reply to my e-mails or return my phone calls. Just a horrible management company.

I have lived Here for the past 8 months and I have been very happy with the service. The environment is Beautiful, I always have an amazing time at the pool and I enjoy the amazing view out my window to the… water. Its peaceful. I have always had speedy maintenance feedback and any problems that I did have were Resolved Immediately. :)

My son and I have lived here since November 2015. The grounds are beautiful and we have received excellent service from the maintenance and administrative staff. When we have had urgent maintenance matters, a call to the office usually gets a maintenance worker sent right away. For non-urgent matters, I use the internet request and have had a worker show up within the hour or at the most 48 hours after I submitted the request. We have enjoyed our stay here.
