I worked for this company for more than 4 years. I was blessed with Marylin and Eddy both of my supervisors, really good hearted and humble people that honestly care about their patients and employees. Taking care of my patients along with them was amazing constructive experience that has changed me and encourage me to become a nurse. I would like to share what an exceptional employee your office has ,Rose Pisa has excellent communication skills , she will go that extra mile to help with any situation. She is extremely thoughtful and so very kind and sweet. She takes any situation or problem by the horn and gets it fix. Very few people are as attentive as she has been to me and my parents, she is a strong accent to your company. I am so blessed to have this agency care for my grandmother. The staff, management, nurses and most importantly the aides that care for my grandma are like family to us! Anytime we need anything all we have to do is call and they do whatever we need. The entire company goes the extra mile just to comfort their patients. This is one of the worst agencies we have dealt with in Palm Beach County. The standing order was written for services by a CNA, certified nurse assistant. However, the majority of the aides that were sent were HHAs, Home Health Care Aides. We did not know this was happening until we started asking for their licenses. The agency had not asked for our consent to send HHAs in place of CNAs. Most of the HHAs that came spoke very little English and had limited experience in the health care field. Some of them did not show up for work or came late (1+ hours late). One HHA showed up with her spouse

My granma is receiving home health services with this agency, Im very bless to have them, the caregivers they have are very professional, responsable, and very sweet. The office staff are always available to help you and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the services. If I was able to give this company a minus 10 (-10) they would receive it! They are terrible. They lie, and do not provide adequate care and supervision for patients with dementia. It is said that "talk is cheap", not with this company. Their bottom line is "money" not the care of the patient. The police have been summoned to the residence of the patient in their care for lack of restraint, 7 times in 4 days!
