The units are nice and the office is kind until you find a better place and move out. No matter how good of a tenant you were they will find any reason to bill you for additional money upon moving out as well as lie to you about what your money is going to when you move in and turn around and change it later. Avoid this place as there are so many better places to live

The people at Ross Estates made my stay there incredible. Sydney and Danielle made me feel welcomed from day one and were always there to handle any concerns I had. Matt was an amazing maintenance man and took care of any issues super quick. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Lawton.

By this being my first Apartment and being military, Ross Estates has set an expectation out of the park. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Sydney is so kind, intelligent, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their residents are well taken care of. Maintenance does a great job. You hear a response within 3 days of putting in a request. Ultimately, what I love about Ross Estates is how quiet it is here. Everyone stays to themselves but are friendly. I would highly recommend living here and when I have to come back to FT Sill, I'm definitely moving back here. Thank you Ross Estates for making

Ross Estates has all the positives you look for in an apartment complex. It's close to everything that you could need, and only a few minutes from Fort Sill. The staff is amazing, especially the office staff, and work orders are always done in a very timely manner by the maintenance staff. Great place to call home, especially for military. A+

I stayed here for about 18 months and I believe Ross had the best value for the area. My wife and I enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment; our main issue was the community washer and dryer, due to other tenants destroying them. Seemed like Everytime it was fixed, it broke again. Mail was kept properly, and other issues were taken care of to include an accounting issue that Danielle was happy to resolve as soon as she heard about it. She went as far as to contact her corporate office to get it resolved.

Today was my move in date and to say I was pleased was an understatement. The manager and the maitainince man came with me to my apartment to make sure everything was up to their standards, and even left a few gifts for me on my counter. Great staff! Great rooms! Great decision!

Where do I begin? Asides from the exponential care , service , and kindness from the staff there is one person above all else who shined through it . Matt the maintenance man, asides from the fact that when my apartment caught fire that he was the first one to rush in and render aid to my wife whilst I was deployed , he did so much more for me then that. 25/8 this man made himself available to us . Without anyone telling him to do so. To anyone who moves here I say this, you will not be dissatisfied nor disappointed. I had the pleasure of calling this place my home for two years and I am honored

I recently rented a furnished apartment at Ross Estates. The office staff was very good at answering phone calls and questions quickly, returned calls quickly if the line was busy, and being there to pick up packages and things. I needed an apartment under very short notice; Aaron and Danielle were both very friendly and accommodating to get me into a unit that was clean and comfortable under short notice. Maintenance requests were completed in the same day or next day of notice. Upon move out, I received the return of my deposit within 20 days. I enjoyed my stay at Ross Estates in Lawton, OK and
