The bristol is definitely one of the better apartments in lawton. With Covid and housing shortages, the rent vs expectations gap is widening so im relocating. But, the staff is great especially Emily who always helps with packages and other issues! (shout out to the mail staff Robert as well, who is also sick of my large orders!! lol)

The place needs to be gated and with assigned parking! People go over to visit friends and leave thier cars there while they go out and not come back for 3 days. When you try to call the office no one ever answers! Like what in the world are they doing? Every time you go up to the office no one is in the front desk. They need to take that job seriously if they would like to keep it.

Terrible customer service and overall experience. I did not get her name, as she never gave to it us and I did not see a plaque on her desk. She sat at the first desk, she was older, white, and blonde. I told her we were searching for apartments and would appreciate a brochure, along with some information. She disregarded this and offered a tour of their model, without asking how many rooms we were looking for etc. Then, she gave us the information for a 3 bedroom instead of the 1 bedroom we asked for. When we pointed this out, she handled it unprofessionally and at this point I ended the interaction

Truck got broken into twice, kids/teens within a mile radius go to the pool and make so much noise until 2-3 am. There’s no supervision of the area, people toss so much trash that makes it look trashy since they too lazy to put it INSIDE. If they could hire someone to supervise the outside and maintain control it would go a long way! The apartments are nice, never had an issue. People who work their are very friendly and very helpful! They got me an apartment super quick and extremely understanding! If it wasn’t for the first part it would definitely be 4 stars!

This was my first experience getting an apartment and I couldn’t have picked a better place to live. In the front office, Alma, Emily, and Tina, did everything possible to make my first apartment experience a great one. From the first moment I walked into the front office they welcomed me with open arms. They even knew me by name. They walked me through every step of my first apartment experience, worked quickly to fix every work order that was placed, and their monthly newsletters where timed perfectly with grievances and expectations. Again, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend

Myself, my fiance, and our roommate just moved in yesterday and we love it so far. Ms Emily was such a doll in helping us get the paperwork done and I would recommend her to anyone I know who's looking to get an apartment. We're first time homeowners and I've got to say, Bristol is pretty darn amazing. We're located right next to the dog park, which is convenient with how rowdy they get, and being only a few blocks from Ft. Sill is the cherry on top. Looking forward to staying at Bristol for a while.

I was not happy with the service at all. They came into my house while I was away at work. They completely disregarded the fact that I selected on the maintenance request that I was not okay with them coming while I was not home. This intrusion set off my alarm and I had to stop what I was doing at work to talk to police to avoid them from sending units. I would have greatly appreciated an email to inform me that they were coming in advance since they came days after my request was submitted. This was even more frustrating since the request sheet says they would come within 24hours of the request
