Tried to rent an apartment here, I was quoted for an apartment. I tried (and failed) to put in an application here because of several errors on their end. After a half dozen phone calls, we got it figured out and after filling out all the information, and putting in our 30 days at our current apartment, I was informed that the apartment was rented… underneath me. I realize that a quote doesn't reserve the apartment, but I was actively trying to submit the application but couldn't because of their errors. The next available apartment wasn't for another 3 months. My first impression is that

This is the nicest peaceful gated community I've seen in Lawton, the staff are very friendly, professional, fun and very informative. Apartments are a great size plus comes with dishwasher, washer and dryer( which I love) and balcony also have a huge lake you can go fishing at I strongly recommend this complex to anyone looking for something nice and quiet 5 🌟

You can't compare these apartments to anything. Yes they are nice but SOOOOOO overpriced. $75 a month for water... This town is so monopolized so good luck finding good internet or TV service. Front office staff is mediocre and everyone here has a dog ( kind of annoying) I don't suggest this place at all. There's better and CHEAPER I feel the… amounts they charged for rent and water should be illegal. There's spiderwebs all over the halls and stairways...I thought when I lived there's they would get around to cleaning the breezeways.... Never happened. Just look somewhere else. It's Lawton
