Services
The application fee is $75 per lease holder and guarantor. Minors do not pay application fees. We only accept certified funds for application fees and security deposits. When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for the other applicants or co-signers, so please plan accordingly!
If you wish to change your e-mail address you'll need to login with your old account and change it in the Resident Portal. If your e-mail address is different than the one you applied with, let us know and we can update it for you. If you set yourself up for auto-pay, navigate through your resident account to the payments section, you should see a recurring payment section and you can cancel or edit it there.
For the safety of our prospective residents and our team members, we are conducting virtual and in-person social distancing apartment tours. Please schedule your tour below and we'd be happy to give you a personal video tour through FaceTime or Ring Central Video Meetings. In-person social distancing apartment tours will need to be arranged with your leasing specialist ahead of time.

The Leasing Office consistently dodges my calls and refuses to do anything about an obnoxiously loud neighbor. Our entire apartment can't sleep or have any peace during the night due a ridiculous loud neighbor playing music which bass reverberates through the walls of the entire building.
Multiple tenants on this block have attempted to reach out the leasing office with no response.
In addition, this area and the apartment complex are not safe. There have been multiple vehicle breaks ins. Sometimes 5 to 10 vehicles per night. A weapon was lifted from one of the vehicles. So now whoever is burgarlizing

So far, with my fiancé Darius and I, we love being here at Sheridan Square Apartments. They are so lovely, kind, always ensuring we are satisfied with our apartment needs and more. This was the best choice for us to choose when it came to us picking this as our first apartment in Lawton. I appreciate their service, and the apartment is nice and spacious for us.

I have lived here at Sheridan Square with my husband for almost 9 months and we feel safe here there has been a problem with the laundry machines sometimes they aren’t functioning the best or they take like 5 minutes to read your card but nonetheless it gets the job done. Maintenance is good and responsive sometimes it takes a while but there’s only a few workers. And overall I love my apartment and the staff when I have had to deal with them they are very friendly! Would recommend living here and it’s a reasonable price.

I already wrote one but will again, I moved here in April and need to say wonderful staff and especially Stephanie, very nice girl for sure. The ficilities here are wonderful with plenty to do and very friendly neighbors. This is centrally located making this a great location to get anywhere here in lawton.
