Bert King works with businesses and individuals statewide who seek to resolve their disputes and conflicts economically in a controlled envrionment, as opposed to allowing a jury of strangers to decide their case after an expensive trial.

Our approach is different. We offer a relaxing venue on a lake for your mediation session. Casual attire is recommended. We all meet together for the opening session and then begin negotiations using private caucuses. Lunch is brought in to avoid interrupting the process. After enjoying a catered lunch on the large deck overlooking the lake, you can discuss your case as you walk along the dam.
Dr. Dana Johnson has practiced law for over 20 years, primarily in the areas of domestic relations, civil rights, and employment related matters. Dana has represented clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, visitation, child support and alimony. She has completed specific training on the complexities of mediating divorce cases.

Our son was killed as a result of a collision between two tractor trailer trucks.
