I have been Rebounding with Joanne since my son was born over 3 years ago. I can't say enough good things about Rebounding as a form of exercise. I have bad knees and I can honestly say I am still surprised that I was about to keep up with the program for so long without pain or aches. It's really a fantastic form of exercise. I went with several friends and family members who also became big fans of Rebounding with Joanne.
There is something special about Joanne's instruction style. She always has a smile on her face and really is encouraging with her process. The music is wonderful as well.
