The Boot Camp is a unique cardio-conditioning session that will compliment other weekly activities that you are participating in. A variety of interval drills, total body conditioning drills, agility drills and flexibility exercises are employed to challenge you physically and mentally. The exercise format is challenging by design; however, different fitness levels can participate because you can set your own pace during the exercises.
Facility Design and Implementation : Pro-Active Fitness can provide advice on mapping out the facility such that the equipment will maximize both conservation of space and improved traffic flow within the center.
