Services
Run through the entire deck, each suit is a different exercise; the jokers are a wild card representing 15 burpees. This is a perfect one to pair with some outside cardio; a walk, jog, or run! Britt recommends pairing this with a power-hour workout youtube video, this doubles as your background music and a timer to switch movements.

I have been working out at PRIME for almost three years now, and it has mad a huge impact on my life. I've lost weight, built muscle, improved my mood, boosted my energy level, and gained self-confidence. I feel strong and capable! Prime women work hard and each is encouraged and coached at her own level. We have women training for triathlons and women looking to make it up the stairs without feeling out of breath. The beauty of our program is that we all work together on our individual goals. We screen everyone for injuries and mobility issues and then customize your workouts to build strength where you're weak and improve cardio output.
