Rented from them for 4 yrs and once we lost hot water for 16 days and was never compensated in any way for it. Not getting a hot water heater promptly was the fault of the landlord Rich Simmons. When I moved in Rich was more than happy to prorate my rent for moving in, in the middle of the month. As I needed to leave quickly, I moved out in the middle of the month and he would not prorate my rent at all. Blamed the owners. Have! He is a buck passer and won't stand up and do what is right. Not trust worthy obviously at all. I would suggest not renting from any real-estate company. They are out to

Rich managed our property for 10 years. We never had a lapse in tenants. He takes pride in his rental properties. We were always confident that he was caring for our house as if it were his own. When we decided to sell, Rich sold our house within a couple of weeks of being listed. I highly recommend Fairway.

Rich Simmons managed my rental property for several years when I moved out of the area. This past month he sold the property for me. He lived upto everything he said he would do. He coordinated contractors and solved problems. Each issue resolved just as he said. No hidden expenses. Additionally, he made sure some last minute loose ends were wrapped up which netted over $3k extra for me.

I can't recommend Rich and the team at Fairway enough. As too many this past year have gone through, we too had a loved one pass during COVID 19. Rich was understanding of the situation and worked with us to be sure we knew the process that was happening and were well situated to handle all aspects. In addition to providing his real estate services, we also needed some maintenance issues taken care of and he got a team in there and had it all handled, much to the relief of his clients. Terrible home buying experience with the listing agent of Fairway Real Estate. During our inspection, after the offer for the house was already accepted, two vehicles pulled up to view the house. The listing agent had forgotten to take the house off the market and invited them to view a house that already had an accepted offer. Also during our inspection, the inspector was unable to view a part of the house due to clutter (Isn't the listing agent's job to ensure properties are ready to be viewed?). Because we were not allowed to move the clutter, the inspector was required to come out a second

Rich and Susan are great, we first rented from Rich then we bought a place after having rented a place for 5 or 6 years. I really can't say enough good things about Rich and Susan. They took care of the Rental we were in whenever there was an issue. They also took great care in helping to find us our current home that we bought through them. So, Thank you Rich and Susan for being so patient and understanding.

All in all our experience with them as a client is okay. A lot of the things that happened were due to the home owner not keeping his house maintenance up at our expense. Because of this it created stress.
The people there are wonderful people, they are kind and very friendly, however they need someone to handle the rentals when Rich or Susan is not available because we had to have issues resolved and had to wait and repeatedly call.
I only give 3 stars because they are wonderful people, I would do business again with them in a different manner and not having the staffing to handle rentals specifically

I can not possibly say enough good about our experience. Rich and Susan are so patient and absolutely wonderful people to work with. We went back and forth, on the property we ended up renting, for 3 weeks. We did a lot of research to be sure it was a legit listing and the company was legit as well. We moved from Colorado to Washington and it was already super stressful. Rich and his amazing team made it as smooth as it could be. The house was ready for us, they where so accommodating as we arrived very early in the morning and they made sure we had access to the keys and all we needed to access

We've had some interesting experiences with serval different property management companies while attempting to rent our home out. Fairway has, by far, been the most amazing experience and team to work with. Prior to Fairway, we struggled to keep renters in the home and had numerous issues constantly arise with other property management companies. This has not been the case with Fairway.
