Andy is AWESOME. I could not have asked for a better experience. Worst inspector I have ever dealt with! He called out a manufactured home in a park on post and piers for not being permanently fixed to the ground?!? Broke the air conditioner, claimed he never touched it, then has a picture in the report of the broken piece in his hand! The air conditioner worked before he arrived! Don't waste your money on this guy hire a real professional!
