The sample reports available below are real inspection reports that I have done, not doctored up special reports. The addresses and clients have been changed but the actual content of the reports is just as it was given to the client. I hope you find the sample reports clearly laid out and easy to read and understand.
I cannot offer you the lowest price and cannot compete on price with the average inspectors putting half as much time or less into the job, but I do strive to provide you with the best value. I strongly recommend that you choose your inspector carefully. Saving money on your inspection can be a very expensive mistake.
