My name is Neil Kavanagh and I am the owner of Honest Property Inspections, San Diego's premier locally owned five-star home, condo, and pool inspection company. My background as a general contractor serves my clients very well as I am able to use years of experience in the building industry to find big or small problems with a potential home or condo purchase.
Infrared Imaging technology allows us to "see" into walls and ceilings to determine if there are any hidden defects in the HVAC ducts or possibly find water leaks in the plumbing of your home. Neil was amazing! We were getting close to our home inspection deadline and stress was on high! Luckily, Neil was able to accommodate us in such short notice. He was even flexible when we had to push back the start time. He is extremely knowledgeable and we felt comfortable having him inspect the home while we were at work.
