I moved into the Preserve at Osprey Lakes in 2018 and have lived here for 4 years. I love the apartments and the staff. I've only had one or two maintenance issues, but the staff and crew here had everything fixed quickly. The location is great as well. The Preserve often hosts events during the holidays which are always a hit with families and its greatly appreciated since we've all been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
I've moved within the community to another size apartment and the process couldn't have been smoother. Anytime I've ever had a question about my lease or an issue with my paperwork

I love that the buildings are very well kept and clean. The apartment itself is also really nice and up to date. My favorite thing definitely has to be the huge balcony. I've only been here a few months, but my experience with the maintainece staff has been phenomenal. They're quick and super friendly. The residents I've met are also pretty friendly. All in all, it's a nice place to live.

What a beautiful place to live. From the towering trees, to the ponds, everyone should live here. When I was looking for an apartment I was interested in living here. Fate brought me in touch to Courtney and she was very knowledgeable and quick! It's very hard to find someone who pays more attention to detail than her. She was helpful, knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to answer my barrage of questions!

I have lived here for over a year now and am very pleased with the entire staff and the amenities they offer. The maintenance staff is top notch if you need something they usually respond the same day and it is taken care off the first time. The office staff is extremely nice and polite they always address you by name and are always there to help.

Nice place to live. I’ve only been here for almost 2 years and you can see how the area is ever changing and improving. Roads and buildings have been improved and the area is constantly maintained weekly. Communication with the administrative office is pretty good and the customer service is mostly pleasant, informative, and helpful, even after you sign the lease. Neighbors can be heard from above a bit, but not from below really; even so, people tend to keep to themselves from what I’ve seen and are quite nice in the area. I like living here. They did some great renovations around the community such as new roofs and fixed pot holes. Courtney helped us when we first moved in and was amazing!! She answered all our questions and was extremely professional! I do feel like the cost for the amenities added onto the rent may be a little too much but regardless I would recommend living here to other members in the military!

The team at The Preserve at Osprey Lake Apartments were amazing. April's warm personality and detailed knowledge made us feel at ease. We constantly called and emailed her and her responsiveness was the best we have ever seen. She still remains willing to help even after we had signed the lease and goes above and beyond with the service she provides. We had visited many places during our search, and April really helped us to feel at home for this next chapter of our life.

This is a awesome place to live and raise your family. The building structure is up to date and all household fixtures are modern. The amenities are great. Glad i have a garage to park in out of the cold. Inside and outdoor pool. The employees at the management office are great people oriented and friendly. Fast process etc. everything is good.
