Northlake Farms Apartments participates in a special program allowing them to offer affordable rents. You may qualify for our quality housing if your income falls within the guidelines below. We encourage you to contact our leasing center for more information if you believe you may qualify. In order to qualify and be approved for this "affordable housing", verification of your household's eligibility will need to be documented.

I have been living here for over 2 1/2 years now and love it! The office is quick to resolve any issues that come up & maintenance does a great job! Tonja & Rosa have been working hard to have assistance programs visit for the residents (food p/u, school supply p/u, etc.) & even fun community-wide activities. I'm grateful to have staff who care about the residents in this time of hardship for so many!

I was wondering who can we talk to in regards to the staff at these apartments? I have lived here almost 5 years now and it has been so bad since the new manager took over and the other manager , I think her name is rosal. She is also so rude. I know so many others that feel the same way but are scared to say anything. These apartments have been a nice place for us to live as far as the apartment itself but how or what can we do to get new managers that will treat everyone equally. I hope managers above them will see this and make a positive change for the resident she . We also found out that

I have lived here for a couple of years and "I must say that the apartments are nice but it has been so difficult dealing with the office manager Tonja Hudson. She makes you feel like you are a bother and she doesn't have time for you to ask any questions. If she does answer your question it is with such a bad attitude. So many neighbors here feel the same way and its terrible that she only acts ''nice' to those she favors.
