The Ashton II is slightly larger than the Ashton and has the same thoughtful layout with walk in closet, full size washer and dryer and, based on availability, fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The Balmoral has generous room sizes, intimate dining area, large walk in closet, full size washer and dryer, private balcony, and based on availability, a fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

We lived here a while ago and we had to unfortunately move for work. I gotta say the staff here, when we did live here, bent over backwards to make the property accommodating. Kay especially was the absolute best. Now the places we've lived since then make us miss living here. If work ever takes us back around Gurnee this will be the first place we check.

My wife and I lucked into finding Woodlake Apartments, and what an amazing experience it has been. The complex is set off quietly off the main road and building layouts are ideal with woods surrounding the perimeter. In addition, the facilities are well taken care of. It has a great pool and I benefited from the workout rooms. However, what really has made the stay so outstanding is the wonderful people. The entire staff are so incredibly personable and caring. It doesn't matter what issue arises they are quick to rectify and they are always engaging. Because we had a dog that needed walking twice

The most amazing apartment complex to rent from!! The office staff is phenomenal in helping with anything you need and the maintenance team is amazing with responding to any of the requests put in. The community is amazing and always look out for each other. It’s a great location and the rates are great. Will recommend to anyone looking to rent!

My stay at Woodlake Apartments was so wonderful. From the very moment I viewed the property until my last day there the staff was nothing short of exceptional. Any questions were answered right away and always greeted with a smile. The apartment was amazing with beautiful upgrades. I was fortunate enough to have good neighbors. And such a quiet place for an apartment complex. I would definitely stay there again!

My husband and i just moved in and we love it! The apartment is so nice and the location is great! The office staff are amazing! They are so friendly! We live on the ground floor and barely notice our upstairs neighbors. And we can't wait to use the brand new fitness center! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to move!

We have lived here over 3 years. The office staff is friendly. They hold social events so you can meet others in the complex. The maintenance staff is very nice and quick to respond to issues. Woodlake is very dog friendly. They have a fenced -in dog play area and hold an annual pool party for dogs. We are happy we make Woodlake Apartments our home.
